No frills - no cart service - no rangers - driving range mats are the downside. The bag service (Arnie) is awesome - tee to green the course is in really good shape - greens were rolling about 9's, lots of seniors play here but they were very smooth. Bunkers could use a little work and the carts are old with lots of wear and cracks on the sears. But for $30 a great value - I would return for another round.

Should have had an "advisory" that the front 9 was vertically cut/punched - not a good surprise

Course was in great shape - greens really rolling smooth and consistent. The round took just over 5hrs - completely unacceptable - it appears that there were several golfers that were out for their "annual" round of golf in Father's Day...
Play Legacy frequently and usually get around in 3hours and change - it was a long day...

The course is in great shape - the greens are rolling true and were probably 11.5/12 on Sunday
The bunkers were very consistent around the course. We got around in about 4:15 but never waited to hit shots. All the staff was friendly and accommodating - we tee it up at 12:10 and their was still a beverage cart on 17- and the grill is a great place to tally the rounds winning and losses - good menu - a step up from regular bar food

Great layout and use of city space - views of South Mountain Park foothills and the Phoenix skyline. Course is in great shape, fairways came in great after the overseeding. The greens are firm and holding everything up to a 6 iron., rolling about 10.5 or so. Pace of play was just below 4hrs, great for a resort course on a Friday.

Course was in great shape tee to green- only disappointment was the range, as mentioned in other reviews the range doesn't have much grass... Weird but maybe they used all the seed on the course

Was playing with my 74yr old Uncle - had heard that the course was very playable par 70 for 30+ handicapper- plenty of bunkers and a few washes and creeks to challenge everyone.... Greens were in great condition, rolling a super smooth 10 - and the entire course was over-seeded, made my Uncle,s shots off the fairway much easier to play instead of the customary dormant rough. Will return again....

Except for uneven tee boxes... Course was in great shape - several holes have great views of the valley. Greens could be trechorous but they keep the visitor friendly - rolled about 9.5 but smooth and true

Course was in great shape - the greens were about as good as they could get - rolling close to 12's
Only challenge was a few of the collars on the water edges on the green sides could be a little longer - few of my playing partners shots rolled into the hazard....

Haven't been out to Las Colinas in a decade or so- moved downtown - long way to travel.... But had heard the course was in good shape so we booked a tee time. We heard right - the greens are in amazing shape - rolling about 10's and really smooth. Course was in in great shape and we played in 3:45

Came out of overseeding in really good shape! Greens were really rolling well - probably stimping around 9 1/2 - 10. Played in 3:40-

Greens are hard and unreceptive - fairways are in great shape - pace was just shy of 4 hours. Staff was very helpful!!

Ended up being the first group off - played in 3:40
Fairway and Greens are in prime shape-couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable weekday round

Played an afternoon round- appeared to be a full tee sheet- pace of play was 4hrs- tee to green was in great shape.

Great conditions from tee to green- however it is inexcusable to have a 4:55 minute round on a Wednesday morning. We were offered a free drink on the 7th hole- never saw the Marshall again until the 17th hole- used the GPS to call for him on the 11th....
For the cost of the green fees - they should have better control- we were in formed they had 240 players out Wednesday- avg $125 ( or more) a $30,000 day - maybe a complimentary round of golf would have been appropriate.
If your looking to play, wait for the next price drop and plan your day accordingly

Booked day of with several tee times to choose from between 11:10 3-2-11:50. Arrived on time, hit some puts and was sent to the first tee after the starter informed us that we (a twosome) would be playing behind a "fivesome"). The round itself was 4:30 minutes- acceptable for a Sunday- but on several tee shots we waited upwards of 8minutes from arrival at the tee until we were clear to hit.
If booking day of- maybe call ahead and see how the tee sheet stacks up....
