Very fair layout and a flat layout with little elevation changes. Seems they forgot about hole #15 as it's all alone in the middle of a few homes and far away from the main course. An extra par 3 and par 5 on this layout. Bunkers protect most greens nicely, and water comes into play on around 6 holes. They do need to bring the GPS system back on the carts. It's hard to pay $125.00 during season for this course, especially without GPS on the carts...

Good early morning round for August. Beautiful course, but they were plugging and sanding greens this week, and this was not disclosed by GolfNow. We played the front nine twice. Greens were obviously bad. Enjoyed the round but may have played elsewhere had we known the conditions.

It's been 29 years since I've played the "Palms" course at Marriott! Just as I remember it. Beautiful views with fairly wide fairways on most holes, and a lot of elevation changes with mounds and valleys. Most greens are elevated and bunkers abound. The course was in great shape and the staff was excellent! I'll be coming back very soon!!
