nice fairways, greens and tee boxes-mucho traps in fairways and surrounding greens and deep-some one in our foursome fell into trap and needed a rope to pull him out.

fairways nice, cart path only, 5 hour round, greens bumpy & slow, nice staff especially cart gal & attendant brought us a cart out in parking lot !

19th hole closed after round at 4.30 sign said open
till 6pm, jonesin for a draft. fairways dry and hard
ball ran a bit thru greens, take one less club

course was in great shape, greens the best I have seen them -tee boxes primo-but slow 4-some in front -2 holes open in front of them and no ranger to be found
front nine we played in 2hrs 15min back was 2hrs 30mins

Apache Wells Country Club

this course is not as easy as you would think, a 228 yd
par three from the blues for instance and the pin was back for 235 total yards. fairways excellent condition
Mountain Brook Golf Club

fairways good as well as greens but foursome in
front couldn't care less that 2 holes were open in
front of them most of round had to wait on every shot
Prescott Golf Club

fairways great and lush, greens some were spotty
tee boxes nice and wide
problem was a down pour that wouldn't quit after
7 holes, got rained on pretty good around 3.30 pm
had to quit and dry out

they let us out as two somes-so quick play-greens
great-fairways not so-not crowded on a Monday this
time of year- rough was muddy after rain this am
watch out for water left of a few greens

fairways-greens excellent. pleasantly surprised by this

tee shots incoming from other holes, lots of bunkys
so bring your sand wedge, some tee boxes muddy
lots of wildlife watch for coyotes around dusk

every hole is unique and separate, nice desert vegetation-fairways in great shape-greens a little fast
best municipal course in phoenix.-you can lose some
balls in the desert.

Superstition Mountain Golf & Country Club - Lost Gold Course
Played On 12/17/2012played lost gold course-been playing golf for 50 years-this is the best course ever
even the rough was immaculate-like we were the only ones out there-some phantom breaks on the greens-but they were great-this course is better than tpc stadium-you felt like a millionaire out there.
