Course in great shape, worth the extra money compared to other courses around. Still not that bad for a weekend. We were first off so pace of play was not an issue and we were not being pushed from behind either. Partner got a hole in one on 8. That really made the day!

This is the second time I played this course. The first was a couple of days after the hurricane. We recognized that a lot of clean-up needed to take place but felt the course had great potential. It did not disappoint. The course , tees, greens, traps and fairways all in great shape.
The front nine is a bit easier play and a warm up for the back nine which has some challenging holes which require perfect carry. Beware of the 16th green where at the front there is a diabolical slope that drains your ball off the green and down a hill into deeper rough! If the pin is near the front as it was this time, play the green to the back to be safe unless you can hit a perfect chip! It was still fun and had to laugh after going back and forth and ultimately taking a snowman when I was on the back fringe in two. Overall a fun and well managed course.

Tried this course based on the recent reviews and it lived up to them. Greens, bunkers, fairways in good shape. A few of the tees need to some work to level them out. I will include this course in my rotation.

This is a course that is on it's way back! Yes, there are some bare spots on many of the greens but they have improved since the last time I played (a month) so progress is being made. Traps had good sand and were playable. A few of the tees also need some work but again getting there. Fairways were in good shape. Lots of water especially the back nine. The ninth hole is a nightmare hole (but in a good way), a tough almost horseshoe par five with water on both sides! Staff is great and helpful. I played early so pace of play was not an issue. Plan to bring my snow bird friends when they come down.

Good course, friendly staff. Only minor negativet is some of the T boxes are under repair, but the fact they are being repaired is a plus. Greens, fairways and bunkers were all in very good shape.
It is my understanding that as of last week the course is under new management. Hopefully things will at least remain more or less the same, or better.

This is a semi-private course. Some of the members jump on the course, run their carts right up to the edge of greens and even jump holes and play right through your group without an apology or anything.
On this occasion I had a group jump on the 10th hole in front of me and resulted in waiting on every shot. There was no one in front of them and they knew i was waiting on them.
To the credit of the starter, when I told him about it at the end of the round, he apologized and even told me to go back out and play some extra holes.
I will still return and play the course, and realize that members should have some preferences, but one of the hallmarks of this game is etiquette.
