I have played this course so many time in the past, but after 2 years of experiencing issues with the greens, found other locations to play.
A friend mentioned he had play recently and the greens were in great shape. I played on Friday, and have him an appointment with his doctor next week, as he is slightly delusional.
I wished they could keep consistent greens, as they are close and convenient. Will give it another try in 3-4 years.

This is a great old course that has undergone a revamp of the greens since August. The new Bermuda greens aren't fully in, so they over seeded for the winter. Cosmetically, some of them are not great looking, but are rolling pretty true and fast. I have maintained an average of 30 putts on this course prior to the revamp, and the last 2 rounds have been 30 and 31.
The owners reduced the daily fee rate, and feel it to be the best deal in town for golf. I read some of the recent reviews that have been posted, and am unsure if they have been fair, but that is just an opinion.
