Course is starting to wake up from winter and is showing signs of being a must play course as it was last year. Excellent condition through the year

For early spring the greens and fairways were excellent. We have played other courses this spring and none were golf ready like Turkeyfoot. My home course is elsewhere but Turkeyfoot blows it away.

Excellent is all I can say about the progress of HERITAGE
all staff and conditions are top notch. I didn’t rate amenities because they are under construction.

Course was in good shape with nice greens and tee boxes. Pace of play was excellent for a Sunday. Fox Den is always in good condition and very playable for most golfers. It’s a fun course to play and rewards proper club selection

Pristine conditions in every aspect. Outstanding staff is very helpful and friendly. Greens are excellent and roll true. Tee boxes are level in great shape. Good challenge with water coming into play on many holes. Beautiful place should be a must play for all levels.

On a cool windy day 2 of played at 7:44 am. Course was in great shape and we played without any stoppage. Chipping and putting areas are excellent along with the range. Staff is always helpful. Can beat Ellsworth for the price and conditions.

We have been very dry in southwest Fla. It's been tough on many courses in the area. Palmetto is doing their best to cope. Greens were aerated but putting was ok. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend the course it's a good test and pace is good.

Awesome job by the entire staff getting this course back I shape. This is my second review and I’m impressed with every phase from course conditioning to staff friendliness and professionalism. I know it’s not perfect yet but it’s on it’s way and it’s a reasonable price. Keep up the great work

I don’t know how they did it but the course is much improved . We played a month ago and it was dry and brown. Playing this week seemed like a different course. Greens holding and fairways were grown in nice. Very impressed with the progress. We will definitely be back.

Corse overall was in good condition. Fairways were a little shaggy but green and lush. Greens were medium speed and not burned out all and all a pleasurable experience. Lots of water to keep you honest

Amenities and staff were top notch. The course has enough tee boxes to play any challenge you want. Greens and fairways are in nice shape. Very nice track for a fair price

Very green and cut beautifully. Greens were in great shape and holding. All tee boxes are level and not burned out. Best conditions we have played on in 2 months around the area.

Its a cours that i play often because its close and in a very beautiful setting. The greens have improved over the last few years because of the greens superintendent. The rest of the course needs some serious tlc. Im still a fan because its a unique setting and the staff is friendly

Great layout with options on your choice of tee boxes. The course is fair if you want to play target golf and more difficult if you choose back tees and want to take on the many hazards in front of you. Staff and course was outstanding.

I have played this course over the last 5 years and it has not improved at all. This time of year they do aeration and I expect that at most Fla courses. Staff was friendly and courteous but the course is in desperate need of a makeover.

No fault of the course but SW Fla has been very dry this season. For the amount of play the courses get this time of year they have done a good job keeping the course in very playable condition.

The greens and fairways were in very good condition. Tee boxes were also in good shape. The staff was very friendly including a excellent job by the starter. The only beef is that they need a ranger to keep some kind of pace up to a tolerable level. Other than that it's a quality course for sure.

Always in good to great condition. This time tee boxes were a mess and we had 2 FIVESOMES in front of us on a holiday. Shame on them for that. Three holes on the back are tricked up to much for club selection.

Can't ask for much more out of staff and condition of the course. Plush lush and it takes quality shots to get around this awesome layout.

From the moment we walked into Windmill Lakes our foursome was treated like we were members. Desk personnel were professional and polite. Our starter took time to layout the course rules in a kind and friendly fashion. All fairways were crosscut and the greens were fast and true. Every tee box was flat and well seeded. On my way out I told the pro shop attended that I just started to enter my scores in the GHIN system and was not sure about what the actual numbers stood for on my iPad. The gentleman walked me through every question I had and answered them all.. If you haven't had the pleasure to play here your missing out on a great golf experience.
