Silverthorn Country Club
Played On 03/24/2015The course has a great layout. The clubhouse is first class.
Unfortunately the course is not being maintained. The Tee boxes are dirt, the fairways need grass, the greens are in very poor condition. We've were very disappointed in the course condition. I will not come back here.

The course is very well maintained
Course is in excellent condition. good sand in the bunkers, not that I wanted to go there! I am an average golfer and my husband is an excellent golfer. The greens are just the right speed.

I don't know what course this person is talking about but it can't be Silverthorn. I play here quite often when in Florida and can honestly say the course is probably in the best shape I've ever seen. There are a couple of tee boxes that had sand on them but it looked like top dressing not bare ground. Both the fairways and greens are in great condition. Do yourselves a favour and try this gem out.
