Awesome deal

Got a $10 Saturday afternoon hot deal round. Can't beat that! Course was in really good shape, green and lush...except for a couple of bunkeers that I noticed appeared to be in bad shape and a bit rocky or had some overgrowth in them. Greens rolled nicely and seemed fair, not too quick or too slow. I played my 18 hole round in just over 3 1/2 hrs. Enjoyed the layout very much. First time there but wiill be back for sure, especially if I can find some nice deals like that!

Had a blast, will be back!

I've been playing for just a few months now, and honestly this is the finest course I've played in the Phoenix metro. It's simply a feast for the eyes, with jaw-dropping view after jaw-dropping view. Picked up a Thanksgiving week hot deal since my brother was in town, and he was blown away as well by the beauty of the place. He's been playing the sport for years, and he told me it was his favorite course he's ever played, which I was glad about because I really wanted him to have a fun experience. He did. The place was stellar.

The course was definitely challenging, especially the Par 3s. The greens were like lightning, which puts a real premium on quality approaches, chips, sand shots and any putt more than five feet. If that's the worst part of your game, you're going to struggle. There are PLENTY of bunkers here, so if you can avoid those, you'll likely have a great day...and you should file for a PGA Tour card immediately.

All in all, a really amazing course that would really impress your buds if that's what you're looking for. The starter guys was super descriptive about what to expect, the practice facilities were amazing, and the drink cart girl we saw was a total honey.

Live about 45 mins away, but will definitely be back soon!!!

Enjoyed Aguila

Played this course for the first time Oct. 12. Really enjoyed the scenic views and challenging holes, and found it to be a fun test of my skills. I'm a new player and the course is long, with a few water holes, elevated tee boxes and spacious fairways. Actually enjoyed busting out the driver on so many holes! Fairways were in great shape, but there were a few rough spots on the greens (I was lucky to avoid them, but my buddies were not so fortunate).

Love that this is a City of Phoenix public course! Even though this is a long drive for this North Phoenician, I'll be back for sure.

Good summer value

Got a sweet $10 Golf Now deal and decided to go solo to play a round on a hot Saturday summer afternoon. Was a good decision.

Course was a bit chewed up on a couple of greens and the sand was a bit hard, but fairways were pretty lush. This is a great little course. About the only thing to really worry about are the holes near the streets when you definitely want to be down the middle.

Paid as a single, but ended up paired with another value hunter who was a really nice guy. All in all, a good day....especially for $10!

Great course!

Got a great GolfNow rate ($25) for an afternoon in the summer. Took a half day off and played. Finished in about three hours, with a couple stops. The course was in really old shape. As a newbie, I particularly enjoyed the pretty open fairways on most courses. The challenge definitely seemed more in the approach to the green shots. Either way, had a great time and the scenery was beautiful. Will definitely try to come back.
