If you are not a resident of Berlin, you can’t get a tee time on the Weekend. Something is wrong with this.

The course is fun to play but expect a challenge. Don’t beat yourself up for a bad hole. If you don’t get into at least one bunker during the round your inhuman. The course condition was good, the fairways are tight. The tees and bunkers could use TLC as the tees are scuffed up and the bunkers are filled with rocks. Move the rocks, don’t ruin your clubs. The greens are fine, nothing memorable.
Overall, I would recommend the course for its uniqueness and challenge. Don’t expect a pristine course. Maybe that’s the look they are going for as it is similar to a links course. But, the pictures on their website don’t reflect that look as they show deep green and lush fairways.

Very much enjoyed the course. It was fair and challenging and in great condition. Fairways were ample with all greens raised and heavely guarded by bunkers. Should have used an extra club in most cases. I’m not a long ball hitter. Found myself in many of the traps Greens were large fast. Some Pins were placed in the corners. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, an enjoyable day out on the 4th.

I'm a 9 handicapper. I played the second to the back tees, which if I recall played to about 6,100. . I'm not a long hitter and I found that many of the par 4s were very long, over 400 hundred yards and up hill making them even longer. For the average player there is no way you are going to reach these in two, especially with a little breeze., thus making for a frustrating day on these holes. It would be nice if the tees were up a bit especially on theses par 4s, keep them under 400. Same with the par 5s over 500. I suppose I could have played the more forward tees on these holes, but that wouldn't be right. Although there are elevation changes, most of them are up hill. The par 3s were a good mixture of long and short. The 2nd hole is a par 3. In which you can't see the green you are hitting to, a little odd. The greens are big and putt true. So, once you' eventually reach the green it's no bargain. Didn't get in any traps, so don't know what they are like. But there are many and they are large and look well groomed. I don't recall any drinking water on the course and only saw the refreshment cart once. They should have drinking water on the course, especially in hot and humid Florida. The pro and the staff were very welcoming. The price to play this course is a great value and I would recommend it, just don't expect to break the course record. (PS, the water reclaimed areas should have signs around them to not enter to get your ball and if free drop is allowed, I didn't realize what these waste areas were).

I've played a lot of high end golf courses and this is the first one I played on that had crab grass on many of the tees. The tees were beat up on many holes and so were some of the greens. The fairways were in very good shape. However, for $140, the course conditions should be outstanding. What should I pay? $90. The course layout is challenging and there are some very interesting elevation changes and hole layouts. The greens are extremely sloped and undulated so getting on the green in regulation doesn't mean par. You need to enjoy challenging yourself with reading the greens and putting speed. It's a course worth checking out at least once. I likely won't return though for the green fees currently asked for.
