Nowhere near the course Founders is. Play that one. The view from the tees at Victory is just not acceptable.

Terrible views off the tee ruin the entire experience. Just blah. Especially when compared with its sister the Founders Course which is superior in every way imaginable. I played Victory because I got a good price and was hoping for a different memory from the first time I played a couple years ago. Nope. Great shape, just not a fun course to play.

Nice layout. Great conditions. Friendly staff. Nice practice area. What’s not to like except the prices, now.

Fantastic golf course and fantastic practice facility. Totally jealous of this Muni. Wish it were back home. Very nice to walk, also. However, it sucks to stand so much because the pace of play was horrific. That said, I’ll be back in the spring.

Nice, short, straight Muni. Really good value for the money down here at peak seasons.

Solid for the price. Wait until the price is right for a Walker and it’s a nice round for the $$. Especially when so many of the courses in PHX think so highly of themselves during the holiday seasons.

Very boring golf course for the better player but the price was right. I don’t plan on returning, but if you want a shortish, easily accessible golf course for the average Jane and John Doe on vacay, then this is the place.

Walking rate is phenomenal given the astronomical prices at most courses. That’s about it.

Great Muni. Really good value for the money during vacay time. Gary Panks design - fun holes here and there.

Decent length, decent shape, good greens. Nice little muni for the money.

Been here dozens of times. Never going back. For the price it’s easily not worth the price. Not even close. The greens were slow and bumpy. At 9:30 am! Bunkers wildly inconsistent. The range balls sucked, too. No dimples. Dirty. Way better options down here, now. Too bad.

No overseeding of fairways or rough. Not in the best shape tee to green but playable and awesome walking/riding rates. Long enough to be fun, greens are decent, rates outstanding.

I make my way to the first tee (as a single with a tee time) and there’s no one there. No one. By the time my tee time (10:48) is past, there’s some sort of unintelligible announcement on the PA system and then a twosome shows up followed by the starter and then another twosome arrives. The starter had no freaking clue which end was up.

The conditions were okay but the greens were slow and the pace of play slower as we followed a fivesome from the third hole on. I’ve played many, many rounds in AZ on vacay and this was at the bottom. No return trip to Sundance for me.

Good layout with quick, firm greens. The only downside is the rough which is not overseeded. I’d recommend this course to anyone.

It’s a fun layout. The course is always soggy and the fairways are sketchy and the rough is worse. That said, when I played the greens were relatively smooth and decent speed. The course layout is solid for the area and the price is right.

One of our go-tos in the Valley. Always in good shape and the views are awesome. Far superior, imo, to the new Victory course.
