Old South is one of the most picturesque golf courses you’ll play in the Hilton Head area. Course is in great condition for March and is a good value relative to other premium HHI course alternatives. It is challenging so know if will test your game and patience.

Blackstone is one of the top golf courses to play in Northern Illinois. It’s a wonderful layout with challenging holes and undulating well kept greens and bunkers. You’ll walk away thinking it’s worth the trek to Marengo to satisfy your golf craving for a solid premium level course.

Aldeen is still a solid golf course. It’s an hour’s Drive for my group and worth it. It’s a shot maker’s layout and even the best players will lose balls from its difficult yet playable conditions. If you want appreciate a Golf challenge and like a good value, play Aldeen in 2018.

The course had a soft opening 6 weeks ago after the complete renovation. The new Oak Meadows layout is very different, a combination of Parkland style (mature trees) and links with plenty of water and trouble with forced carries. It's a shot makers course with challenging holes, but playable. In two years the course will be fabulous after it has time to fully grow in the grasses. If you're an avid golfer, put it on your must play Public course list for the Chicago area!

Chalet Hills has a number of challenging and memorable holes. The course conditions were good and greens were putting fast. It's a must play Chicagoland golf course.

Nice layout with great greens and leaves a non-issue. Pace of play was our own. A nice fall day on a fun well maintained course.

This is a must play course. The rock formations have you thinking you're near the Flatirons of Boulder and Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. You certainly don't experience this in the Midwest.
The back nine is very memorable. Pace of play could have been better, but taking in all the natural beauty is worth it.

Maple Meadows is a good layout. It's in fair condition. Many greens were recently aerated on part of the green. There were also numerous unrepaired ball marks. A few of the bunkers had little sand and were in need of repair. A good value at $32.

Terrace Hill is a private course, but not a country club. It has reasonable green fees, a nice range, and challenging greens. You'll enjoy the course and can find your confidence in your game here.

Play it if and when you can, you'll have fun.

Challenging course with water on most holes. Tree lined fairways put a premium off the tee. Well maintained. One of the best values
you'll find. Worth the hour plus drive. Go play it, again!

Combination of well manicured visually stimulating links and parkland course design. A treat to play and enjoy.

Parkland course, layout redone ,challenging fast undulating greens. Rough can be thick and tough to hit a great shot.
