The Ridge is one of my favorite tracks in Colorado. The layout is excellent and challenging and the scenery is spectacular. The course conditions have slipped in the past couple of years. There are weeds in the traps but no sand. This is disappointing for a course of this caliber. The staff are friendly and the service is professional.

The desert Norman layout is unique for PGA West. I enjoyed the layout but the course was cartpath only since the overseed hasn't filled in. Fairways were very furry and due to cartpath only pace of play was slow. Not worth the price this time of year.

Golden Bear is a pretty layout typical of the courses on hilton head. Lots of trees and water. The staff were very friendly and the pace of play was good. The conditions were a little sketchy with sandy greens and sparse grass on the tee boxes. We preferred oyster reef, which was in better condition and a similar price point with discount.

The Dye course was in excellent condition. The greens were a little slow but putted true. The layout is a little more generous than a typical Dye course and very playable. The staff from the parking lot pickup, to the proshop, to the marshal, who gave us his cellphone #, were exceptionally friendly. With a bit of a deal from golfnow it was a good value. Definately will play here again.
