First time playing at Corte Bella. We are moving to the community in 3 weeks and I wanted to check out the course and the staff. I was not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Given the hot weather, the course was in surprisingly good shape. The greens were generous but a little rough because they still showed some of the holes from a recent spiking. Some bare spots in the fairways, but those should disappear when the weather gets better.

I have played this course a few times over the last 3 years and this is the best shape I have ever seen it in. The greens are a challenge, due to the slopes and breaks and the fairways are great

Have played Coldwater many times over the years. It looks benign but never seems to disappoint. Nice wide fairways and water on a few of the holes. The only significant issue was the tee off areas. They are very uneven and sorely need some attention.

The Wigwam courses are always on our Spring playing schedule. Course was in great shape, but the name changes are confusing - Heritage, Patriot??
We played the Red (Heritage) but got stuck behind four members, each of whom took their individual carts which was a waste. Plus, being members, they drove right up to the apron of the greens - a no-no for us visiting players!

Always a pleasure to play this course. Green and fairways in very good condition. Place of play was slow to start with (especially the first par 3) but eventually picked up.

I have played this course since it first opened and we play it every year. Course was in very good shape and pace of play was fine.

I live on this course and play it often. It never disappoints. The course is usually in very good condition and the driving range and practice green have been recently upgraded and are excellent! The greens are usually fast and in good repair, although some slobs still need to fix their ball marks!

Love playing the Biltmore Links course. Course is in great condition and greens are consistent. Never get tired of this couse.

Course is in great shape. Greens are large and nearly perfect.

Fairways are not very good. Looks like they either over fertilized or have some type of fungus. Many discolored spots and areas of dead grass.
Greens are inconsistent quality. Some are in good shape while others have bad spots similar to the fairways.
Sand in the traps was fairly grainy and moist.
