True Country Club experience. From cart guy, checkin, bar, starter and ranger everyone very nice. Course is great, somewhat typical Florida course with water hazards in play on virtually every hole, nice layout with friendly landing areas off the tees, greens on the larger side. Conditions very good from tees to greens, very few thin lies course is very lush. Greens were soft holding any ball flight, fast and true putting. Had a few three putts early from 30 feet getting used to the speed. Chipping areas were generally fluffy adding to my scoring problems today. Was paired up with a couple of nice guys, one had tour caliber power and accuracy, hitting hybrid 230 and 3 wood 270 straight down the middle, nice too see but humbling since my drive maxes out at 250 if I crush it. Generally his hybrid was next to my drive. He shot mid 70's while I struggle in with a 88 since I blew up 4 holes with doubles or triples and so-so iron play. Clubhouse and Bar / Restaurant top notch. Highly recommend!

Was able to book afternoon hotdeal for a great price and virtually had the course to myself. Played in about 2.5 hours not in any rush playing through one foursome. Course layout great, conditions very good from fairways to greens, greens rolled nice at medium speed almost fully recovered from aeration. Golf nirvana. Side not Rolling oaks has just undergone heavy aeration from tees to greens, its playable but putting is inconsistent.

Played as a twosome on a Sunday in 3 Hrs good. Course conditions overall very good except for a few tee's that were pretty beat up and greens are recovering from aeration but rolled OK slightly bumpy medium speed , fairways are good and chipping areas are subjective from decent lies to really fluffy deep lies. Layout has some misdirection from tees to fairways with tees pointing into woods not a favorite of mine. Good course though, Definite play and good value for the hot deal.

Course conditions excellent except for a few tees which are pretty beat up from play. Fairways and greens very nice.

Good course overall, I'd play it again. Pace of play was good for a Sunday 3:30. Combination of links and some tree lined holes. Front nine is much shorter than the back nine. Overall some pretty demanding holes from the blue tees especially the par 5's and the closing 3 holes, very enjoyable. Course conditions are OK in all areas except for the greens which are somewhat patchy and relatively slow. Some short putts would bump offline or die just in front of the hole, but the longer putts rolled OK. Difficult to figure out where some of the holes were on the greens for first time player.

Booked late afternoon round and I was basically the only one there? Did not see another golfer, amazing since the course is really nice. Overall very nice upscale country club facility and clubhouse. Course is generally links style with a few holes on the back nine that are tree lined. Nice mix of holes. Conditions pretty good, tees and fairways very nice, greens fully grassed but slow putting, they are painted with fertilizer tight now giving them a green appearance and easy to two putt but difficult to hole 10 - 20 footers. Only issue was some of the areas close to the greens/chipping areas, some were sparse or spotty and even the grassed ones made chipping very difficult for me and normally I'm a better than average chipper. Was able to go for 3 of the par fives considering a decent drive. Great new course, appears to be maturing.

Course is in great shape from tees to greens right now. Great golfnow deal. Very nice mix of holes. Greens fantastic and slick. I always enjoy playing this course.

Course in average condition, thought it would be better. Tees and fairways somewhat burnt out and airated, with some weeds creeping in but it looks like they are working on it. Some thin lies in the fairways. Greens very nice, smooth and fast. Chipping areas around greens good and bunkers good. Course was crowded so pace of play was slow 4:20 but normally is much faster on weekdays.

Got a last minute Hotdeal so a great value. Arrived about an hour early and they let me out since no one was there. I do understand the tee-time policy most courses enforce for us Golfnowers but on occasion you get to go early. Course was in good condition, tees, fairways and chipping areas fully grassed and pretty lush, Greens are very nice with alot of slope and medium speed. Bunkers were inconsistent sand wise but OK. Cartpaths are torn up and it was better to try and avoid them when possible. Layout was very interesting. Some crazy doglegs with lake on the left or right and some tough par 3's. Fairways were very wide and forgiving, I hot some terrible drives and only lost 1 ball in the water, I'd play it again and recommend.

Greens just airated, with in the last few days, other than that course is in good shape. Nice friendly layout, wide fairways with plenty of room. Tees, fairways nice, didn't hit a bunker shot. Greens medium size. Would like to play again without the airation. Should be good in a couple of weeks, well worth the cost.

Course I've played quite a few times, good tee time available today for hotdeal at a good value. Quick pace of play today, conditions OK all around for municipal course. Greens not pristine but rolled very good. Fairways and chipping areas good, a little roll doesn't hurt. Bunkers good with light sand.

Outstanding course layout. All is good there. Greens verticut but rolled smooth and quick. Can't miss course. Pace of play good, can't wait to go back!

Conditions I'd rate as good for the area. Greens a little bumpy but rolled OK. Overheard clubhouse personnel about airation coming this month? Nice course can't miss in the area.

Daytona municipal course? Pace of play was great since course was not crowded and a couple of groups let me play thru. Layout good for municipal, conditions relatively good everywhere except a few of the greens had some trouble spots not affecting play. Generally the greens are pretty nice and putted medium speed but a few putts did get away trying to force the line. Good course for the 2 PM twilight rate.

Course I play regulary. Layout could be tricky for first time player. Conditions very good today, tees, fairways growing in, chipping areas fully grassed, bunkers consistant, greens mini airated not affecting putting. Greens very fast can be difficult to control your speed, only a few three putts today due to trying to force the line on downhillers and they really ran out. Good thing if you get the proper line the putts roll out into the hole. Good course.

Great layout with a very nice mix of holes. Conditions very good right now, no issues. Course played fast today with some fairway roll. Greens smooth, fast and difficult to putt making it fun.

The perfect storm. Travelling through GA where the whole state was experiencing havy rain from 6 AM - 1 PM except this area, fit my timeline so booked the hotdeal for a great bargain. Showed up about an hour early, the course was dry and no one was there so they let me do what I wanted and go play. Course navigation somewhat tricky follow the scorecard but easy to take a wrong turn. Played the tips since I rarely get the opportunity when paired with other players or the course is busy. Very nice course layout with quite a few doglegs and some strong 450 yd straight par fours. Tees and fairways in good condition, bunkers in need of repair and sand consistency. Greens not fully grown in yet and somewhat bumpy on short putts, long putts rolled OK. Cartpaths a little torn up. Diffucult to figure out approach yardages, since only the standard center of faiway markers were there but not easily seen, they do have three pins positions but they were inconsistent today where they did not follow the number code and all the flags are the same color, again scorecard helps figure out the yardages with + and - center location, along with that the GPS program I use did not have the course, so had to use old school math. Liked the course and would play often if in the area. New clubhouse to open soon.

Paired up with some with some good guys and had a great afternoon round. Arrived a little early so had the "Golfer special" lunch which was great, good burger and fries combo with a draft for $9.99. Course conditions could of been better but no real complaints. Tees and fairways aerated but did not affect play. Bunkers good with mid weight sand. Greens were difficult to get the speed which were also aerated with mini holes not really affecting the line but were a little sandy. Course layout I rated fairly easy due to the size of the fairways. I hit some real poor drives and still did not loose a ball and putted horribly with six three putts and still shot 80. Recommend this is a very nice course, clubhouse and bar area is great, I will replay when the opportunity rises.

Was able to get a last minute Hotdeal for Sunday afternoon, so a great value. Course is on good condition, tees and fairways lush, greens also good, rolled OK just a little slow but not bad, bunkers have a shelly composite slightly affecting the spin. Course layout either plays fairly easy on the shortish par 4's or difficult on the longer holes since the landing areas for your tee shots really narrows up. Overall if you can control your tees shots course can play relatively short or extremely difficult if your spraying them since trouble or trees are lurking in the landing areas. Good time, I'll play again someday.

Conditions were OK. Played Gold tees and they were all moved back close to Black tees due to alot of play beating up the normal teeing area. Faiways and Bunkers nice. Greens a little bumpy and inconsistent compared to last month probably due to alot of play. Course can play fairly easy at times or quite tough like it did today with the wind and poor tee shots. Nice course if you can get it at the right price, definate play for the area, plan on going back.
