Nice value
Good shorter practice course for your id and short irons. Greens were air rated and several spots of bad repair but other than that in good shape. For the money great practice course between playing full size courses.

Fun challenge to practice shaping
Played Eagle/Osprey and the course was in great shape and provides a fun course with enough challenge for all levels. The lay out calls for you to move the ball enough in both directions that it is a great course to work on your game.
