Course was in good shape for the significant heat we’ve had. Greens on red and blue rolled nice even after being punched. The problem with this place is always the pace of play and the traffic jam at the start. It’s a joke, what is the point in having “tee times” if the course allows walk ins to be wedged into slots that aren’t there. On blue there was 3 groups on the first hole and another 10 carts lining up behind us. The starter told us they just keep sending walk ons. SEND THEM AWAY. Make a tee time like the rest of us, it’s like making a reservation at a restaurant. If there’s no tables you don’t eat. Always be prepared for 5+ hrs here.

No organization off the first tee. We had 4 groups on number one separated by a couple of minutes. After that the course became a parking lot, we went off shortly after 1 and didnt finish all holes because it got dark. Pace of play was a joke, people jumping all over the course, cutting in front of us at the turn. Course itself was decent, conditions weren’t bad.

If you enjoy oak trees this is the course for you. Many large oaks impeding the fairways on great shots. It’s not a knock on the course just a characteristic of it. Greens were nice and rolled well. I found the back 9 to have a lot more character then the front. Clubhouse is under construction so can’t really speak on much else. Pace was great as no one was out. Some tighter lies in the fairways. I would return again but I would recommend having some of the oaks cut back.

Another great day at grand cypress. I was able to get right out and have an effortless round. Conditions were excellent for the summer time, it was warm but was happily greeted with cold towels. Always came up to water and ice stations. Excellent grounds, excellent staff. Fairways and greens in very good shape. East rolled a little quicker then south but not complaining. Top notch in Orlando without question. Thank you

Greens were still in recovery from being punched. The practice green rolled smoother and was faster then out on the course. This is a target golf course not one you can just spray shots anywhere. Tees and fairways in great shape. They had watered all the greens prior to pulling up to them so all greens were wet and extremely humid. Good course if you can get a deal but I wouldn’t pay full winter rate for it. There very horn friendly when there is weather in the area

Nice course layout with some fun holes. Fairways were tight and pace of play was over 5 hours with no real reason. Greens were very fast as they typically are at OCN.

By far my favorite of the Disney courses. We had a great pace of play up till 15 which was ok, weather was perfect, greens and course in general were in excellent shape given our minimal rain we've had. One of my favorite places in Orlando to play.

As always 4S never disappoints. Pace was pretty slow all day as people would play through then get held up by groups ahead. Weather was very hot but not surprising. Course was in great shape, greens were great not pristine as ive played on before. People need to practice repairing there ball marks a little better. Apples, Oranges, Bottles of waters on course and the best carts BY FAR in Orlando are always a nice treat. I always love playing here, the deer along the fairway is always cool to see too.

As my title states Steer Clear if its Cart Path only. Our round took over 5 hours to complete. Very slow groups all around mixed in with soggy conditions, its just very time consuming with you have to walk across a par 5 back and forth 3 separate times then putt. Course layout can be challenging for a first time out there. Pick your points and stick to them.

First time playing eagle creek, Overall its an alright course. Not very scenic at all, we spent more time looking at the real estate. Biggest gripe was it was 100 degrees out and every water cooler on the back was empty, not very much shade out there. I thought it played very easy from the 6400 yellows and should have gone back to the 6800 whites. Play it and see how you like it, everyone has different preferences.

Im not sure what these other reviews are saying about how fantastic the greens are, there not. There non existent, there's no grass, dry rotted, dirt, imagine putting across a concrete parking lot. Once I was on the green I just picked up, there was no point in trying. Im not sure what happened here, but its drastically declined. Tight fairways, torn up tee boxes. I wont be back for awhile

I play in orlando all the time and have never played grand cypress. I was really doing myself a disservice. The drive in was beautiful, valet parking was nice, staff inside was friendly and super quick. I was in and out of there in 60 seconds. Range balls were plentiful, starter was more then accommodating to pair me with who would be more suited for my game. Course was in excellent condition, fairways were great, greens were in great shape. The south course had some challenging holes but the gps made laying up simple for never seeing it before. ALogn with some cool holes with some elevation and some hills. East course was more traditional of what I normally play, had a fun island green that had pine trees on it. It was warm but it being overcast really helped the temperature. I heard the new course is great as well, but maybe wait a couple more weeks for the greens to fully come back after being punched. Looking forward to going back soon, great rates for locals.

I played the Disney Magnolia course for the first time on 8/30/14. Great course, greens were quick, fairways were plush. It was extremely hot, but I tried to not let that take away from the experience. Only complaint was the pace. It was SLOW SLOW SLOW. The round was well over 5 hrs long and when the heat index is 109 it gets old quick. I will go back when the weather cools off. All in all I really recommend this course.

Really a great course, I loved the layout. It seemed to be the perfect mix of distance and difficulty. Staff was more then accommodating when I showed up and during the whole process was really excellent. My only gripe was about the other groups on the course, I was playing as a single and breezing through the course at a great pace, a couple 2somes happily let me play through. I then got caught behind a 4some that wouldn't let me go through for 3-4 holes. I complained at the turn and they once again were more then accommodating to me. I was able to get off the back easily and continue on after eating inside. While on the par 5 12th I was within 100 yards of the pin when a 4some passed me and teed off on the 13th. Never in my life have I seen a 4some pass a single on a par 5 or ever. That was quite aggravating. All in all I loved the course, I would highly recommend it if you have the time. Course itself is in great shape, greens are quick and well maintained. Grass is plush and fairways are great too. Cant wait to go back.

I always enjoy playing here, I was able to get off the front by myself. Got through the front in a little over an hour. Course was in nice shape, greens were FAST FAST FAST but still more then playable. Staff is always friendly, and constantly drove around checking up on me bringing more waters etc. Also saw the cart girl multiple times that day which kept food in me. Once I got on the back pace got EXTREMELY slow, had a cpl 4 somes of what had to be beginners. I think the back played almost 3 hours. And by that time it was extremely hot out. Look forward to playing again in the fall.

Played here dozen of times, greens were nice, pace was smooth. Always a nice place to play when the course is in good shape.

I really enjoyed my short time at Shingle creek, pace was extremely slow in the beginning. I was projecting a 5hr round. We mentioned to the ranger that we were already 30 min behind pace going into 3, after that he moved them to another hole cause we didnt see them the rest of the day. Course was a great layout, pretty long. I played the gold's which was one in from the tips and it was longer then the tips at a course I normally play. Greens look like they had been top dressed a couple weeks ago but still played nice, fairways were beautiful I loved the lushness of them. Stay out of the rough though. Can be very deep and thick in certain spots. Only got 12 holes in due to weather moving in, but it was still enjoyable. Looking forward to going back and seeing the rest of the back 9.

Valet parking was extremely quick and helpful getting my bag out, was greeted when I walked into the pro shop, checked in went down the steps and was greeted by the cart attendant who was very helping when it came to pairing me up with a group that was going out and drove me to the first tee box. Course was in very great shape considering how hot its been in central FL the last couple of weeks. It was my first time playing and the gentleman I was paired with were very helpful in pointing things out. Pace slowed down around hole 7 and maintained that for the rest of the day. Got something to eat inside at the turn and the staff was very friendly and very quick to get me back out. Back had a lot of cool holes that I enjoyed. Looking forward to playing again. Round took maybe close to 5hrs.
