This is one of the tougher layouts I’ve played. If you are off the fairway, you will struggle but I would play it again.

Played this course initially about 7-8 years ago. It has come a long way. Wide open layout and very fair, but with some real challenges as well. No real on course amenities - but we are in a pandemic. A few of the par-5’s are a real challenge. Enjoyed the day. Happy there was at least some water stations. Nice range. I would come back.

Have played this course a number of times. In great shape right now and a great value for the money. Would play here again without question. Greens were just plugged a week ago but still in pretty good shape. Had a great day

Played this course a number of times. Enjoy the layout. Challenging but fair. Fairways in great shape. Greens a bit furry. Overall a great day and we joined another twosome so we wouldn’t be waiting so much in each shot. Played in 4 hours even with a bit of waiting.

Winter Pines Golf Club

Course was busy and a bit slow. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Good for a group as it doesn't break the bank, but no par 5 on the back nine and 5 par 3's which are long. Had a good day.

Timacuan Golf Club

This course has something to offer on every hole and makes you make choices that are difficult but reasonable on each hole. The fairways were in great shape except for one of the par 5’s which was extremely wet. Greens in good shape as well except for this one hole. Got the third tee time and played quickly. Beautiful course and a great day. Would definitely come back.

This course was challenging but not ridiculous. Wide landing areas. Greens in pretty good shape. The course and club was busy and check in was slow. Pace was slow but not as bad as I expected given how packed the place was.
Robert Cupp at Palmetto Hall Plantation

Course in great shape. Greens fast and true. Safe landing areas for most holes, but if you are in the rough, its a very difficult play.
Dolphin Head Golf Course

Course in great shape. Challenging but fair. No hold-ups at all, and greens were in perfect shape.
Old South Golf Links

This course is not long or narrow, but the course proved a challenge for a 17 handicap. Fairways and greens in great shape and overall the place was a good value for the money. Would play there again without question

Golden Bear Golf Club at Indigo Run

Typical Nicklaus layout with interesting overall design and many protected greens. The greens are a best feature as they were fast, smooth and true. A great play for the money.
Great pace of play and a challenging but reasonable overall experience. Would definitely play here again.
Eagle's Pointe Golf Club

Course in great shape, but greens still bumpy from recent aeration. Some standing water but course was well-maintained. Probably one of the better values but it's a drive from the island.
