I play here often - and always love it -- the atmosphere's great and you always run into a bunch of fantastic veterans or active duty folks.

The greens are fast and challenging and the distance is long (fairways well watered), plus you're not getting a lot of roll from the fairways like a lot of other courses in the area.

Played in Mid October -- beautiful day -- course is pretty short and tight, but each hole had a great view. Course was in good condition --greens were true and in great condition.

The staff was friendly and helpful, too.

The only issue with this course is that there's several blind shots where lost balls can result in longer than normal search times, which then can result in a longer than normal round.

But if you sit back and take it all in - and aren't in a rush -- Mt Woodson is an excellent value.

This course is in great shape. The greens are true and the fairways were in great condition for this time of year. Overall great day
