Great deal, design and yardage everyone can pla

Fun course, great deal for experience. All course staff very customer focused and friendly. Course has multiple tee boxes for all levels of play. Course shape good for this time of year, greens a little slow but expected with heat challenges. Recommend to play.

Just ok versus previous playing

Wether was unusually good, staff very friendly and supportive. Course conditions were way below previous playing conditions. I hole totally unplayable with hardly any grass. Play time was very good, routing challenging, course could use gps with some pro hints about 2 holes on front side that driver was totally wrong club for low handicap players.

Mislead, course greens a disaster, Tom Fazio design great, he would be upset

Set up reservation based on Golf Now ratings. Got to course, paid in pro shop, hit the range - poor conditions. Went to first tee, hit first drives, then looked at greens for approach shots, disaster, huge plugged holes, areas of dead turf. Never any communication from Pro Shop, or cart attendants or identified on Golf Now. $115 charged for unplayable greens. Some of the fairways were better, but we did not putt greens after 1st hole. I have attached pictures to show conditions. Approach pro shop after 9th hole and Rich was puzzled we did not know they were punched. Told him he did not say anything to us? Finally challenged him to offer some refund, he said he could not but could offer free round if we come back at another date. Gave us nothing in writing just said he works Fridays to Sunday and to all and remind him him. I asked other foursomes if they knew about the greens before making reservations and they said they had no idea. Rich said they had it on their website? But when someone calls in for tee times, it seems they did communicate the conditions to them. The only positives for this course is the Tom Fazio design is great, the cart person was nice, but had limited offers and the inside grill and personnel was very good for food, pricing and service. I would ask Golf Now why don’t you confirm any information on course conditions on a weekly basis and require courses to update that information. This is the second course here in Nevada that feel mislead and taken advantage off by Golf Now and the two courses. Hate to be demanding, but I would expect some financial refund for my two rounds and my friends round on this course. Please let me understand how Golf Now will address my two feedbacks and how they are going to protect other customers from experiencing the same disasters.

Awful course conditions. Feel mislead by Golf Now and Revere Golf Club

The positive is only that the three other folks I played with were great people. The course was absolutely one of the poorest conditions I have ever played. I feel really mislead by the ratings and Golf Now’s ratings and pricing for the course. The fairways had very little playable grass and hard pan and dirt were the norm. I don’t think they know how to water, seed or maintain the course. The bunkers were primarily gravel and hard as a rock. The greens were very bumpy and overly firm. I actually shot 78, the design is actually fair from tee to green and played extremely short because of the rollout on fairways that were like airplane runways. I paid $105 as a non resident, so I had no idea of the quality of the course other than Golf News ratings. The driving range also has very poor conditions on the grounds, little grass and lots of hard pan and dirt. My initial drive in to the course was not good as they had a weeding that afternoon that they seem to place as more important than golf guests. The bag drop was not where it was supposed to be but another location because of the wedding preparations. Golf shop was fine and staff was interactive and fine. I really feel taken advantage of by the course and Golf Now, don’t you have some system in place to have the course update conditions? The price should be like a low municipal course and if I had know the conditions I would have not committed to play. Unfortunately, I played another course today that did not disclose their conditions with massive green airations and greens with missing sod. Can’t wait to give that feedback. I feel I should get a refund of the majority of my fees paid.

Nice layout, challenging holes.

The course has a good design and some very challenging holes. Requires some knowledge to not hit too much club into waste areas beyond fairways. Conditions were ok for this time of year, bunkers were not consistent nor really maintained. Greens were quick as expected with heat. The rate was ok but because of conditions probably slightly higher than should be.

Great experience on a fun to play course

From the initial arrival at Bag drop to the end of cart return, the staff was friendly, efficient and willing to help my day be fun. The practice facilities are very good and the quality of the carts are excellent. The pace of play was very good, we finished under 4 hours without any issues. The quality of the course was very good, the only thing from excellent was some of the bunkers were hard without some sand where others were very good. The design of the course was very good, very playable and definitely subject to low scores. Highly recommend for all players and the lower handicaps should be able to,challenge themselves playing from the tips.

Great course, great condition, design redo a success!

Enjoyed the new Phoenician course with redesign of holes. Good special rate and staff very friendly. Played back nine first in 1 hour 15 minutes, then joined a threesome on hole 5. Played under 3 1/2 hours and really enjoyed the quality conditions and fairness of the course.

Great course layout, great “Hot Price”

Las Sendas always provides a fun and challenging experience. Course today was in a B condition with extreme heat causing some of the sparse grass conditions. The course routing and design is excellent and you can challenge your self as much or be realistic from many tee boxes.

Great course, pace of play an issue, airplanes distractin

From the first moment of meeting staff everyone was friendly, wanting to provide excellent service and answer any question. The course layout was fun, challenging and in very good shape. Greens were a little firm, but rolled great and true. Layout provides opportunities for aggressive play, but if are not accurate desert rocks and bushes mean auto bogeys. The two issues were the multiple airplanes flying over head from very close airport, not something the Course can control, but very distracting while playing. The second issue was pace of play, very slow 5 hour round and no players assistant trolling the course to find who was causing the issue. On a few holes we had 3 or more groups waiting to play.
Overall, the total experience was very good, it would be excellent if pace of play was more like 4 to 4 1/2 hours.

Typical Pete Dye difficult course not for double digit players.

Staff was friendly and starter was excellent asking correct questions to make sure you played correct tee boxes to try To enjoy the day. Initial experience was disappointing with no grill or snack bar for early morning breakfast, grill not open until 11am??? Then range balls were overpriced at $8 for about 35 balls and range was below average quality. Pace of play was excellent even with 2 of us behind 4 walkers but they were members who played everyday. The course was typically Pete Dye with mounded greens which were very hard in surface not receptive to mid iron shot staying on green. It is target golf and lots of mounds if you were off by 10 yards on your aim. Greens were multi sloped and difficult if you missed the right level. This course setup is not for players who can't control your shots and have a questionable short game. I am a 3 and playing with my son who is a mid double digit found the course not fun and I am guessing that Pete Dye even in his prime could not play this course. The saving grace was the price and the condition of the course was better than average but doesn't not compete with Las Sendas nearby. I will not play again unless I need to be humbled.

Good course, poor pace of play, Marshalls did nothing

Had 9:45 tee time with 3 friends for my birthday. Have played before and expected a fun day. Course in good condition, hole 17 green is real bad, almost unplayable. Rest of course in good shape, be prepared for a few quirky holes, like the par 5 on back side that measures 567 but with water river bed running out on first tee shot you can't even hit 3 wood without it going into river! Hole does not allow good player to reach in 2! But our groups big issue was pace of play at 5 hours! There were 2 Marshalls on the course and we talked to them on hole 9 about the issue and one said ok and the other just drove away seemingly not concerned about our comments. We saw them again individually of the rest of the round but there was NO communication or even stopping t by us to ever address our previous comments! We are decent players and we waited every single shot on the course which does not support a good day or round! I always have said I will not play a public course on a weekend because of the pace of play issue, but this was a gift birthday experience my step dad and friends wanted to share with me. Too bad it was less than totally enjoyable because of the time! FYI, the bar/cafe closes at 2, no drinks afterwards!!

Great course at Reduced Rate, has some teeth in Playing

Staff at club drop very friendly as was the cart greeters after round with cold towels. Check in person seemed confused and cold at counter, but finally found reservation. Range is good, balls need some replacement. Course was in great shape, sand is real soft and greens were running fast. Winds make course double challenging. Multiple tee boxes and make sure not to bite off more than you can handle, so you can enjoy the round and scenary. Two par 3's have exceptional views.

Very Wet Conditions, Greens aerated, Staff Ok

Course was very wet, cart path only they said due to heavy rain the night before, but looking at the location and course conditions, doubt there is ever a real dry course condition. Some good holes, some poorly designed holes-no driver on a par 5-have to hit an opening lay up with a 3 iron? Greens had been aerated a week or so ago and basically were automatic 2 putts because of poor condition. I would play again but it would have to be drier and allow carts on path. You need to play more than once to learn where to hit on some holes. We played the blue tees, not black or gold, probably could have played gold. Price like a lot of Hawaii courses take advantage of visitors!! Additionally, the fees should be adjusted for green aeration, did get that discount a Turtle Bay Fazio course!!!

Straight forward course, not overly difficult, good shape, no views, better than a municipal but would not pay top dollar to play

nice people, good course condition, novice players on course slow down pace sometimes, no real surprises, no real views of ocean. Very average for Hawaii golf.
