Course seen its better days for sure....clubhouse very dated. Pace of play lethargic..... waited on every shot!
Greens were average at best. Fairways were hard to tell if you were actually in one or not.
Other than that it was great!

Royal/Sabal at Grand Palms Golf & Country Club

Played the royal and Sabel nines. Pace of play was ok. Greens were in good shape but as far as fairways and other parts of the course ? Left a lot to be desired in my opinion. Wasn't crazy about the layout either. Had some really hokie holes and if you've never played there then you have no idea where to play your shot.
