Played with a relative who takes group golf trips regularly. Thought Sweetwater was better than any course he had ever playe in Fla. And better than most in the Carolinas.
Thought it was beautiful, and gee a were excellent. Much better than courses he had paid 4-5 times as much to play, although we lucked in to the lowest price I had ever seen on this course. Best golf deal either of us ever had. No waiting on Fri. Afternoon.

Course in above average condition. GPS takes you to a gate that is locked. Must find one of two other entrances. Lots of water, but short yard ages.

Course in very good condition. Par 70 with more short yardage holes than most. Even back, championship tees not longer than regular tees most places. Busier than most courses for time of year. Lighted driving range, but very small sloped chipping green. Water will get balls on a couple of tight fairways. Greens above average.

Hilly for Orlando. Mostly side hill lies in fairways. Mostly secluded holes, scenic. Most greens heavily trapped. Both open and tight holes calling for shot variety. Greens and fairways nice. Grassy, fairly thick rough. Very nice course.

Course in great shape. Hillier than most in area. Most fairways have side hill stances.
Plays longer than advertised due to several uphill holes. Nice greens, difficulty much more bases on elevation changes than tight holes. Much better practice areas than most courses.
