Very well laid out course. Challenging and a little tight, but nothing servere. A lot of well placed carries off tee boxes, and approch shots. just enough to get into your head. Actually makes you condcentrate more. Fairways were lush with perfect lies. Greens were nice but a little deceptive. Hit your puts firm io the hole, or the unseen break at the hole will turn your ball away . hit it to hard and your ball will roll way past the hole. watch for the hidden uphill putt. look at the hill behind the green what looks like a flat surface acturally goes uphill.
This is a must play course. Staff is very friiendly. Can't say enough good things about the course.

This is a nice course. Certainly improved since the last time i played it. Course was in great shape. It is a long course, but challenging and fun. Greens were fast. Some of them had brutal pin placements.
Staff was friendly. I woud centainly include this course whenever I come to the area.

I was a little disappointed that the grass off of the fairways was dormant. The only thing bad I could say about the course. Staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. All the tee boxes seemed to match up very well to a golfers cability. Every green was within reach for arriving on the green in regulation. The greens were extremely fast. If you read the green correctly the ball went where it was suppose to. The cost rating was based on a golf now fee. I do not see the value of $400 plus for any time of day. But the area dictates that and a lot of people can afford thatv rate. They had over 500 tee times for all the courses that day..
I would play again without hesitation, for a reasonable price.

About the only good thing I can say is the green were fast. after that everything is down hill. Grass was shaggy all over, It could be a nice course if they would maintain it. The course was running thirty minutes behind due to lack of workable carts. My first cart broke down after 5 holes, Had to wait for rereplacement, That cart barley made it in after nine hole. The third cart was dying for the last three holes, and barley finished the second nine holes. Don't waste your money here. It isn't eeven worth $10 to play.

This is the best buy on Tee off and golf now in the palm springs area. Fast greens,, nice views of the mountains.

Greens are really fast. The south corse is a quality course. I can only imagine how nice the north course is. This is a must play course when you are in the Palm Springs to Indio area.

This is a wonderful venue to work on your short game. Rough and fairways were as nicely manicured as the four and five star 18 hole courses. Driving range hits into a net.

This is a nice course with a very challenging last hole.. Greens are fast.

Course is starting to show it's age. Fairways are showing lack of maintenance. Spotty bare spots. It is still a quality, challenging, course for a intermediate golfer. Greens were fast. Plenty of room in fairways. Rarely loose a ball, unless you hit into the water.

Nice open tree lined fairways. Sand was fluffy and well maintained. Greens did not appear to be in good shape, but that was deceiving as the ball would bite on the green. Roll was fast and true. All in all this course was a very pleasant surprise. Certainly worth playing. Very reasonable rates for the care management puts into the course.

This is a nice course, with wide fairways and not to much difficulty. Staff was extremely friendly. I don't see this course as being a premium course in the area. I had a really good buy with a discount applied to the fee. I think the daily rate is high for the value of the course.

The course has a great layout. The biggest problem is lack of grass on the fairways and the weeds, Lots of weeds on the greens. Staff was very friendly. Only saw the cart girl once all day, half way down the first hole.
In fairness to the course the weeds came from a hurricane in 2016. Attendant said the course was flooded. Hence if you are a snowbird and want to get some swings shaken out of the rust stages, because you haven't played in a number of months, this would be a good course to do it. I would come back after the weeds are gone.

Very nice course with some areas challenging. Greens were in good shape and ran true. Staff was very friendly and help full. Cart gal was very nice.

This was a fun course to play. Lots of carries off the tee. Only issue with the course was the weed problem. It appears the course is addressing the issue. It is not going to get fixed over night. If they get the weed situation under control this would be a five start course and and must play destination. Weeds did not effect contact with the ball. Weeds on the greens did not seem to effect the roll of the ball to much. Don't let the reviews of the weed issue stop you from playing this course.. Staff was more than friendly. Great people.

This was a good course and certainly worth playing.
Weeds were a distraction. Fairways were wide and user friendly. The golf now price was very attractive and the course was certainly worth the price I paid.

This is a must play course. Very Challenging, with wide fairways, but you have to hit the ball far. You may be in the fairway, but it takes a really good second shot to hit the greens. Water and bunkers are placed effectively throughout the course. The one ding on the course is the bunkers. Sand was thin and hard. Probably due to the recent heavy rains. With that many bunkers difficult to maintain them. This was a well designed course. You better be thinking before you hit the ball or your going to be stinking.. I went back and played the course again the next day..

Course was in very poor shape. I knew I was in trouble when the guys that take care of the golf carts apologized for the course conditions before I teed off..
How the fairways could be in such terrible shape, but yet the greens were in great shape it baffles me.
Course is very old with back and forth fairways. Not an enjoyable day of golf. You will never see me again.

This is a perfect mixture of golf challenges. Greens are protected by great bunkers. Offsets the wide open landing areas. Tees are perfectly matched to your abilities and have combo tees. Course is in better than perfect conditions. I am so impressed with the staff friendliness. Rangers are so friendly. If you fall a little behind they just ask if you can pick up the pace.
It's just a fabulous place to play. Greens were perfect and would hold a perfect shot into the green. Lots of false fronts and collecting areas around the green if you don't look at the greens.

The course is well maintained. Sand was nice and fluffy. Easy to hit explosion shots. Typical Del Webb community. Groups that only know close friends and neighbors. Was placed in a shot gun start.. All the privately owned carts made the club house area like a beehive Good thing about that was there was plenty of parking spaces, but they still ran out. Large landing areas and the fairways were in great shape. Greens were true and quick.
