The layout was good but the greens were not playable. After the first two holes the 4-some I was playing with had to go to a 2 putt max on the remaining greens. The greens were had a 50/50 sand to grass ratio. There are a bunch of courses in far better condition in the area for the same price. The only bright spot of the day was the pace of play, probably because the greens were in such bad shape no one who knows the course wanted to play.

This way my first time playing the course and had a great experience! The course conditions were great on a fun but challenging layout. We played the blended tee’s with the exception of the 3rd hole where we all had to try to carry the ravine. You have to think your way around the course especially on the back 9. Teeing off on 18 we called the clubhouse to arrange for a taxi and it was waiting for us when we finished. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
