This course is fairly new, but it has matured nicely. The fairways and tee boxes are in great shape and the greens are fast and true. The carts are equipped with GPS to the center of the green, and allow for a hole overview. The carts also have a cooler(with ice supplied). The staff is friendly and helpful. The pace of play is above average, which I attribute to the course playability. There are some tough holes, but there are also holes that allow you to make up strokes, this makes for an enjoyable round. They also have a good practice facility with range balls being included in the greens fee, a large putting area and a chipping area with a real bunker to practice out of. Overall, even at the height of the season cost, I highly recommend this course as it is one of the best in the area.

I have played here several times, it has always been in good shape. The day was windy and overcast, but the course was well maintained. Greens a little slow but rolled well and I noticed that there were very few ball marks(don’t know if that’s because people are actually repairing them or course is doing it). Only a few holes path only and they were well marked so there were no questions on wether path only or not. All in all course was enjoyable and as an added bonus 1 of the guys I was playing with had a hole in one. Pace was quick, mainly because of very few people on course. Would play here again and recommend it to my playing partners.

This course has made a major comeback from about 3 years ago. Conditions are about as good as they ever were. Greens are in good shape, fairways cut down and very playable. The biggest improvement has to be the areas off the fairways, they use to be grown up and made it easy to lose a ball on just a slightly errant shot. Now with the care taken to keep the really tall grassy areas down it makes it a more enjoyable round. Have played there several times over the past few months and look forward to playing again soon.

Place is in great shape, greens quick, fairways a little wet but in good condition. Only 2 holes path only after a heavy rain event a day before. Drains well. People are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back and hopefully soon.

The course was in great shape, pace of play was a little slow but not terrible, the greens were in great shape and the rest of the course was well manicured. Hope to get back there again soon, enjoyed my round completely.

The course has a great layout, the staff was friendly, and a piece of play was great. It was rather wet today but even with that it was a good round.

This course is a nice place to play for the average golfer. It has some holes that can be difficult, but it also has holes that you can make shots up on. It demands accuracy so it fits the game of shorter hitters and puts value on a good short game.the greens roll true, although were tricky to read. Overall a really nice place to play and I will be playing there again.

Baywood is the closest you will come to playing a Myrtle Beach course in Delaware. The course was in great shape(even after 2 inches of rain day before). Even though it was path only the pace of play was good, we had no hold ups and were able to enjoy our round at our pace(around 4 hours). Over all the staff was great and with the discount rate I got through Golf Now it was a wonderful day.

I saw this course as it was being built and was greatly surpised when I logged on Golf Now and saw it was available to play. I really enjoyed it and the people were great. The course was in great shape, with only 9 holes open it was still very nice. Course was fair with some tough hioles and others that let you get some strokes back on. It was all in all a great experience. Note: I like to play at about 6000 yards, so I played blues 1st time through and whites 2nd time in order to reach my desired yardage.

It was a very nice course, layout was interesting, with tough holes, and holes to allow you to get back into a scoring mode. The conditions were very good for this time of year, can only imagine how nice it is in summer. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I have play many courses in Myrtle Beach, and this course ranks up there with their qualities.

I have played here many times, before and after it was renovated. It has always been a challenge, there are many trees and course demands accurate shots. It is now in good condition, and the greens run true. They have just been punched(4/1/13) and now getting back to they're true putting conditions. All in all course is in good condition and the price is reasonable.
