A jewel hidden in Cherokee County. This course is laid out over an old family farm. It has both links style and holes cut through the local forest. In addition, there are numerous elevation changes that add to the challenge of club selection. I've enjoyed playing there in the past and the scenery is fantastic. (mountains in the background, old barns, winding holes through the trees)
This summer's weather had been hard on the greens. The staff have been working hard to maintain the bent grass greens and with a little time, they will be back to their glory. It appears they have recently punched and seeded the greens so putting was a little challenging.
Overall, a nice day, great weather, pleasant surroundings. Will be back again, and soon I hope.
We appreciate your review and thank you for the kind words. Yes we did reseed two of the greens as you can tell the others were in fine shape considering the high heat we have have. We will those two healed up very soon and we appreciate your support of the golf course!!

Played On 09/25/2017Enjoyable day on the course. Signed up as a single was paired up with another twosome. The staff was very accommodating fitting me into their busy schedule. One of the nines was closed due to damage to the greens which caused the other two courses to be a bit crowded.
