Oaks National Golf Club
Played On 05/26/2019Nice greens. Shoddy tees.
The course is trying to bounce back. Love the layout and the greens were quite nice, Gotta work on the tee boxes next.
Sebastian Municipal Golf Course
Played On 09/07/2014Very good value
The greens were in terrific shape, rolling true most of the time. The skydivers overhead were a really cool distraction.
There is a huge pond to the right of number 18 fairway and green. Number 9 is the one without one on the right side. BTW the greens are always in very good condition at this course
Providence Golf Club
Played On 11/21/2013Excellent conditions
First time at Providence. The course is in terrific shape and the staff was great. The only downside was the amount of construction equipment/noise surrounding the course. It took away from the beauty of the course itself. Highly recommended!
Cypresswood Golf & Country Club
Played On 7/3/2013Good value. Nice conditions.
With all the rain lately, the course was a bit soggy, but the staff was very friendly and the layout was quite good. I think the holes could use some variety, but the conditions even with the poor weather lately were very good. Well worth the Golfnow rate!
East at Grenelefe Golf & Tennis Resort
Played On 5/26/2013Course conditions take away from good layout.
The value here was great as we got 18 with cart for $13.50 each on Golfnow. The course is in pretty poor shape around the edges (the rough and traps need loads of attention and work. The greens and fairways were passable. But all the water and toughness make the course worth a look.
ChampionsGate Golf Club - Champions 9
Played On 5/19/2013Pitch and Putt
This course is not a Par 3, but rather a Pitch and Putt (all holes range from 50-90 yards or so). There is only one set of tees, and they are grass mats. To check in, you do not go to the Championsgate Clubhouse, but rather the Omni Hotel Towel Shack. Very strange feeling walking around the pool area carrying golf clubs. The conditions were so-so, but on the plus side, nobody is out there, and you are allowed replays (we were told unlimited, but that may not be true).
Diamondback Golf Club
Played On 4/21/2013Terrific layout.
When you are paying your greens fees, do a 180 and just about eye-level is what the course was named after. Don't miss this! It's a pretty tight course, but play it a couple of times, and you can score pretty well here...
Tee boxes will hopefully start once we get some rain heading our way! Thanks for noticing our progress. Hope you join us for another round soon!
