Greens were in fantastic shape.

The course was in excellent shape & the greens were some of the best greens I have ever played on. It was a chilly morning, so I was one of the first out with a brand new cart that was just unloaded off the truck, which was a first for me. I would certainly recommend & play this course next year when I am back in MN.

Plenty of challenges

The course was in great shape & the greens were in great condition & rolled true. I was playing with my brother-in-law who only plays several times a year. The course was fair enough for him & challenging enough for me, which was nice. I would certainly play this course again next year when I am back in MN.

Course was in great shape.

The Refuge was overall a nice course. There were several holes with the usual carry over water areas that made the course challenging. The greens were in fantastic shape & putted true. I would certainly play this course again.

I play this course quite often.

I play the Manteca course two or three times a week & it is usually in pretty good shape. You have to hit the ball fairly straight to stay out of the trees. If you can stay in the fairways, the course can be fairly easy. Once you get in the trees, your day of golf gets much more difficult. The only problem is that they seem to over water the greens, so in the afternoon they become fairly bumpy which makes putting somewhat frustrating when your ball will not hold its line.
