Played in under 4 hours on Christmas Day which was a pleasant surprise given that at times it has been 5 1-2
Some pow Anna pm the greens but course in good shape.

Immaculate tees, fairways and greens.
Sand traps new perfect sand
New course growing pains :
Park on the street no parking lot
No clubhouse yet
NO LIQUOR LICENCE but they are working on it
Very pleasant cart girl but no sandwiches or beer
Floating range balls extra
Lots of home construction around
landscaping not yet grown in
However if your looking for course in pristine condition this is for you. We used half price coupon in Orlando Sentinel but they are also on golf now. Not worth full retail of $125 but at $65 you won't find a course in better shape
