First time playing Dolphin Head and was very impressed with course. Tough but fair. Fairways and greens were excellent. Some of tee boxes were a little rough, but no problem for me. After all, it is a "tee box", and that means you put ball on tee and hit it. Staff was cordial and I was able to pair up with a couple of guys from Texas and we had fun. The wind was brutal, but that is what you get on Hilton Head sometimes. Would definitely recommend this course.

Golf course was in excellent condition for this time of year. Greens were rolling fast and true. Played course last year and it was the same then. Booked thru Golf Now and price was very good. Would highly recommend this course.

Had read many good reviews about this course and decided to take the drive and play it. Golf Now web site is a little misleading about distance to course as it is around 45 miles from where we were staying on Hilton Head. IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE! Especially with the great rate on Golf Now. Greens had been recently sanded, but it did not affect them at all. Still very fast and rolled true. Getting to course on Marine base was a little extra time, but worth it. Make sure you have identification and you should not have any trouble getting on base (unless you are NOT a natural born citizen of U>S>0. Then you have additional paperwork to fill out. But again, it is well worth it. Got to play with 3 retired Marines and truly enjoyed the company. Oh, And watch out for gators. Say one in every pond on the course. A truly enjoyable round of golf. I will be back on a future vacation to HHI.

Course was in very good condition, unlike a couple of reviews that I read before playing. With the value I got by booking o golfnow.com I would definitely play again and I strongly recommend this course.

just played the best course I have ever played on HHI. Greens were in great condition and fast. Fairways were also in great condition. Staff was vey friendly and did al they could do to pair me up with other golfers. Booked on golf now at very good price and weather was perfect. I had read reviews and someone had played course about 8 days before I played and had rated course a 2 or 3 and said that course was in bad shape. I don' think they were playing same course I played. Will certainly play again when here next time!!!

I booked my tee time with Golf Now for 7:48AM. I showed up 1/2 hour early, but there was nobody inside clubhouse to confirm my tee time. The only person there was a guy pulling carts out. After waiting an additional 35 minutes past my tee time they paired me up with a couple of local members. The course is very nice and well worth what I paid. Glad I waited out the morning issues. Would definitely play this course again.

I liked this course very much. Was in good condition even though there had been lots of rain recently which caused some areas of fairways to be in less than good condition. Greens were in similar condition, but bad spots on greens rarely came into play. Overall, it was a good day of golf, especially for the great rate I got at Golfnow.com. Would definitely come back and also recommend this course.

Course was in good condition except for a few spots in fairways and on greens due to heavy rains recently. Well placed bunkers and landing areas were fair. Great value for money paid on Golfnow.com.
