From start to finish our Water Oak Golf Club experience was an extremely enjoyable one. From the tips it was a demanding but fair test of your game and the ponds were well utilized on multiple holes. We will definitely be back to play this course again.

I had a little technical difficulty finding the course and arrived about 10 minutes after my tee time. They were very understanding in the Pro Shop and got me paired up with a threesome within 15 minutes.
For a relatively newly established course it was in Fabulous condition from start to finish. The tee boxes, fairways, sand traps and greens were all Excellent. There seemed to be water on nearly every hole so your shots from tee to green had to be precise.
There is not one negative comment that I could make about my Babcock National golf experience and I will definitely play there in the future.

Played there about 10 years ago and really enjoyed the course. Fast forward to January 2017, after a complete redesign of the entire course (???), and we couldn't have been much more disappointed. The fairways were OK, while the greens were extremely firm and wouldn't hold a good wedge approach they were extremely slow once you were putting and not one hole on the course really "wowed" you.
In summation...Shingle Creek shouldn't have re-designed the course to begin with and while it fetches $165/ pp or so now it's actual value should not be any more than $75.
