In the Fairway

The course stands by its self or does not meander between houses. It makes you feel that you are away from everything. With the fairway roughs cluttered with AZ desert landscape it is important to keep the ball in the fairways. Though not a real tough course DO NOT let your ego go on the prowl you could add more strokes than normal for your play. Enjoy and have fun.

Enjoyment

Enjoyed the round. There was slow play as I usually shoot towards a 4 hr round. I thought the course was changeling and definitely not a flat course. It made me consider a little more than usual which club to use. Lots of fun, go play and enjoy.

This is a more than average shot selection course, right and left dog legs. Good pace relieves tension, views are great.

Great and fun course. I enjoyed the left and right dog leg fairways. Cutting the fairways in half with minature revins made it challanging enough and at the same time dogging the bunkers, if not on the corners then you had to pick or dodge tje water. Hopefull, picking the undulation carefully would take you onto or just below the green for a nice 2nd or 3rd shot onto the green. Even in the summer the course has very few if hardly any major dry spots fairways or greens. You will love the first tee a 45 if not 60 dergee blind shot to the fairway, even though the 150 marker is visible it is deceiving. The next 3 holes are just as decieving as water is involved all on the right. Did I have fun and enjoy myself of course, and you will to. Just watch your club selection, the phrase "be the right club" you will use here. Enjoy your round.

Beautiful, somewhat challanging, both are desert courses no home surrounding the courses.

Beautiful desert courses as there are two, moderatly challenging, there is water, it is somewhat wide in the fairways. I did need to watch and place my shots as there are a lot of left and right dog legs and obviously I had to watch for bunkers which are placed in the curves of those dog legs. Great course, well maintained. Though it is in the valley early morning and later afternoon tee times give you dawn and dusk views that are unbelievable. Enjoy your game and the lack of city noises.

Love the course its in the desert, no homes around the course, challanging and beautiful.

Though surrounded by desert and no homes aroung fairways, it is a great challange though wide in most places the many bunkers are placed a the point of BRING YOUR A game and be patient. Not hardly any greens are straight on and none flat. I wanted a course to practice not only picking the right club but palcing my shots. This IS IT ! Course is well maintained, though there is not but 2 or three water holes I'm at the point of give me a BUNKER anytime as this course has made me more efficient at getting out ! When you leave this course you will know what to work on at your home course. Good luck and enjoy.

Though wide fairways it gives you that challange to select the right club!

Though the course is wide the trees which are there do not hinder my shots or views to the greens, the slants on the fairway sides plus bunkers by the washes and around the greens made this a challange for me to select the right club not for distance but for placement. I love the greens as most are higher in the back and the fairways are definately not flat, but if you have a controlable fade and back spin, as I do not yet. you will love the this course and its challange to stay out of the desert and the washes. Have fun and enjoy.
