Too much work going on and price was too high for the condition of the course.

grass on tee boxes was not cut, greens were wet, and the fairways were as high as the rough on most courses. also, the rough was 4 inches or more all over the course. i was under the impression it was a 18 hole course, but you play the back nine holes from a different tee box. impossible to enjoy because of the conditions. they also had a temporary green that i was not told about.

I liked the course but it is not very senior friendly, some of the holes are too long for average players. also, some of the greens have a lot of bare spots.

this is my favorite course anywhere. I spend two weeks a year in tenn. and play it twice in each week. the only think I do not like is the slow play, especially on the back 9.

we play it twice a year when we come to pigon forge and it is always in great condition.

very nice and in better shape than most I have ever played, and I have played over 125. the only negatives is the greens are the fastest I have ever seen and it is not very senior friendly, because of some of the long holes.
