We played the front tees due to weather conditions and it felt like chip & putt. I believe they moved all the tees up on top of us playing from the < white tees. Didn't really get the full feel for the course but the greens were running around 11 on a WINDY day (15-20 mph), so downhill, downwind putts = good luck!
People I played with stopped for food after 9 and that took about 15-20 minutes. (WAY too long for a stop at the turn). Maybe a call-in system to pre-order food would fix that problem (everyone has a cell phone these days).

I set this up as our 1st round of the week to warm up after a long winter. For $37 (and close to where we were staying), it was exactly what we needed, to get used to bermuda grass and limber up. We weren't expecting much but I was surprised when we got to the back 9. Some VERY challenging holes and a tricky layout. Greens are pretty well protected but putt easy.
Didn't use the facilities so can't say what they were like.

Course layout was well above average. Conditions were a little dry and not fully greened but still played well. Beverage cart takes cred card only so be prepared for that. The view from 18 is worth the wait. May be a different experience as the houses start to go in. As of 3/2015 there were only a handful of homes built but plenty of open lots. Staff was awesome. Didn't treat us as "non-members".
Well worth the $100 rate we payed.
