Second time I played it while wintering in AZ. Love this course. Great condition and excellent pace of play. Great staff.

Overall course conditions are very good.
Only issue I noticed was some of the tee’s were showing some wear.
Pace of play was OK.
Definitely will be back during our 3 month stay.

Always play this course at least once when we are here. Front 9 completely different that back 9. Be prepared for more target golf on the back 9 especially for 3 or 4 holes. A must play.

We’re snowbirds have been coming out to AZ for the past 8 years and always stay for 3 months in the Carefree / Cave Creek area. We always play Rancho Manana at least 2-3 times during our stay. Great course with great views. Never disappointed. My only concern to note when we played this week is the condition of some of the tees appeared to be burned out. Other than that the course looks great!👍

Great staff. Played the South Course. Great shape except for the greens…….a little stressed and dry but the ball rolled well.
We’ll be back to play the North Course.

Play this course a few times every year we come out here. Great views. Some interesting holes. My wife and I enjoy it.

Due to frost our tee time was delayed 1 hour, therefore, we did not start until 2:15 pm which did not allow us enough time to complete 18 holes. Played only 15 before dark but had to pay full price. Should have been given a discount since there was not enough time to complete 18 holes.

We have wintered in Arizona for the past 4 year and have played Rancho Manana Golf Club many times and never disappointed. Course is in great shape and pace of play was great. Amazing elevation change and best views of the surrounding Cave Creek and Carefree communities. Some interesting holes and a couple of great elevated par 3’s. Be sure to stop at the Rancho Manana Bar and Grill. Great food and drinks. Be sure to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the view of the course and mountains. Thumbs Up!

Slow play. 5 hour round despite attempts by a wonderful employee to address the situation. He was kind enough to let us know that he was trying to get the guilty parties of the slow play to speed up. Despite his attempts, we had to wait on every hole!

Very disappointed with pace of play on front nine....almost took 2 3/4 hours because of allowing five somes playing in front of us. We placed a call to the pro shop regarding the slow play and the play of five some especially as busy as it was.
Pace did improve on the back nine.

Enjoyed the course. Would play it again. Once all the infrastructure is completed and giving time for course to mature, it will be a great venue for golf. Will be interesting to see if it remains public, semi-public, or private.
