Greens were in great shape. T boxes not so much. Fairways were not bad, some areas were dry and some areas overly wet. Pace of play was pretty good

I played here last month and complained about the green’s conditions. This time they were much better. They may not have looked good but what you saw didn’t effect the roll too much. Thank you

I would expect this time of year, for $75, this course would be in better shape. Disappointed but I’ll be back because it’s a fun layout. Nice people work there. But work on the dang greens!

Love the layout. Some T boxes are a little rough. Greens were slow. Not used to that here. They’re usually pretty fast and roll well.

I love this course!
Greens need some attention, slow for this time of year
Overall, I’ve been disappointed in the conditions of many of the courses around Phoenix. The fees the courses are commanding do not line up with quality conditions

Like the layout, greens were a little slow. The course all around phx area that I’ve played the past month had fast greens. Not this one.
Coronavirus going on so no drinking water on the course, understandable.
No drink cart on the course, unacceptable
We saw the drink cart 4 times on Monday and not one today

The greens were sanded, that’s fine. It happens at this time of year
The fairway were BAD. Not much grass. I it looks like it’s going to close

This course could be a lot of fun. The conditions were terrible but may be it’s the time of year. Dead Bermuda with hard pan underneath. Tee boxes were mostly dirt. Greens rolled pretty nice.

Greens were good, consistent, traps were in bad shape, but we had a couple inches of rain couple days before. Course was dry considering the rain amount.
They charger us $37 a player, I booked $29 but didn't notice until after
