Course was in great condition. Was first one out and had very relaxing round. Lots of water, sand & Trees. Good assortment of hole designs (uphill, downhill and doglegs). Alligator Alley hole is as tight of a hole there is. Drive has to be spot on or your fighting for par. Definitely a must play.

First time playing this course. Played the green tees. Front nine is links style and back nine is tighter with tree lined fairways.
Cons: Greens had a lot of ballmarks and scuff marks. Bunkers are in need of sand.
Pros: fairways were lush and wide. Some were 70 yards wide. Nice practice facility with chipping green, bunker practice area and putting green. Course layout is amazing. Worth the price we paid.

We get to this course a couple times a year and is always a treat to play. A great variety of hole designs and challenges. #16 is one of the best par 5s around. Greens were in great shape. Highly recommend.

Amazing facility. 18 holes of replicated Open Championship courses. Each tee box has a plague with the hole that was copied and a history bit. The bag drop guys and starter were extremely friendly and polite. Tees. Fairways and greens were in great shape. Stay out of bunkers as they are very deep and unfortunately being in a desert environment there is very little sand in them. Some bunkers were muddy, (especially the postage stamp hole, left side of green) this is only reason for 4 stars on course condition. Highly recommend playing!

First time teeing it up at this course. The facility is wonderful and the staff was extremely friendly. Played Red & White nines. We preferred the white nine over the red as it had alot more character and aesthetically appealing. Played the Gold tees and all the holes give you room to bomb it off the tee. Course condition was great, greens were smooth and guessing a 10.5 pace. Wanna stay below the holes. Excellent range and practice area.

First time on course. The Good: Course layout is wonderful with a mixture of tight fairways, sand and water. Par 3's are very challenging. They did a good job of getting leaves out of way. The Bad: Having a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from the westside I called early morning to find out about greens, (Aerified? smooth? etc....) Was told by older man they were Aerified in September and Quote, (they were in really good shape now). Got to course and checked in, went to putting green and it was a disaster, recently punched and verticut. appeared to not be mowed in a few days also. Made comment to elder man and he said what's wrong with them? So I told him. Then he got very defensive. (no apology whatsoever.) Fairways hadn't been cut in a while also. The holes on the greens were ragged and hadn't been changed I a long time either. We enjoyed the day and made the best out of it, but it was still disappointing to drive that far and be fooled like that.

First time on this course. Staff was very friendly. Course was in great shape, they did good job of keeping the leaves off. Greens were country club quality with some undulation in strategic areas. Great par 3 finishing hole. A must play.

Course was a pleasure to play and in top condition. Greens were smooth and true. Even tho the website says Full service practice facility, there is no driving range but there is a chipping and putting green. Signature hole #8 is great challenge. Clubhouse is outdated and very small.

Course was in pristine condition, Greens were smooth and not overly fast. Don't miss the greens on the wrong side as it will take all you got to get up and down. Lots of undulation. Par 3s are beautiful. Extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend playing.

What a treat. The course was in exceptional condition with the Greens being absolutely perfect. Was able to get the first tee time at a great rate and the starter Jim was extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Complimentary range balls too. Look forward to teeing it up at the National next time.

Legends was better than I expected. Fairways were a bit thin, but not bare. Greens were outstanding, smooth and just the right speed. All the holes have wonderful characteristics. 15, 16, 17 & 18 are great finishing holes with opportunity for birdies, but be careful of the water and sand. #9 is all you can handle with a carry over water to a green tucked right behind it. Got a great early morning rate and highly recommend.

Wasn't gonna get a tee time for us at this course, decided to call and find out condition. Talked to a man named Butch who assured me the course was in Great shape (his words verbatim) WRONG!. Greens were bumpy, inconsistent and thin, bunkers had not been raked in days and fairways need TLC (could not play the ball down.) Very dissapointed, hopefully management will get this course in shape cuz the layout and character of holes is very nice, until then stay away.

We played on a beautiful October Sunday of temps in the 70's. The greens were in quick, smooth and in excellent shape, fairways a bit thin from recent aerification. Bunkers have not been raked or kept up for many days, typical this time of year in northern ohio. Course is tight and tree lined, but fair landing areas. Gentleman behind counter was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend, price was great too.

Course was in primo condition, greens were smooth and fast. A must play!!!

The course was in excellent condition. Greens were at tournament speed and very challenging. Fairways were lush. This course will test every club in your bag. Arthur Hills has a gem of a design. Put this course on you definite play list.

A pleasure to play at this facility. The course was in wonderful condition and the staff were extremely pleasant. Greens rolled true and were above average speed. Fairways were in excellent shape. The scenic views were outstanding. Jack has a gem in this design.. Must play!!

The fairways have recovered from the neglect of years pastr, but the greens and most of the bunkers are pretty bad. The greens need to have the ball marks fixed as there were quite a few on each green that made putting difficult. Walk up and looks like the moon. Several of the bunkers have weeds growing in them and no sand. The course layout has always been a favorite of mine, but the conditions do not warrant paying more than the $30 to play.

Greens were true and not real fast. Course is old style florida layout with lots of trees, water and pretty flat. #12 and 13 are back to back par 5's that are fun. 12 is tight and 13 is a let it rip drive then narrows towards green. I was greeted extremely friendly and when I got done had wonderful conversation with the starter. Play El Campeon when you go also.

The course was in tournament condition. Greens were fast and true. This was the last course on my Disney bucket list and by far is my favorite. Extremely happy with staff and course layout. Will return!
