Pretty good course overall for a fair price. 3 or 4 holes play over water wash which is not a factor unless you get heavy rains. I would play this course again, it is wide open with no protection from winds.

Great golf course with a fair price. Top grade Taylor Made rentals. They could use a new restaurant for after golf. Arnie’s locker is available for viewing at no charge.

Pretty good overall, as the course contains 3 holes that are part of wash system (drainage for heavy rain) these 3 holes may be closed after heavy rain. This was the case for our round, golfnow gave us $15 credit per player plus the staff gave us 20% proshop discount.

Greens were good, fairways so so, everything else was horrible. I’m surprised this course was even listed. A staff member confirmed that they purchased cheap batteries for the carts, 1/2 of the carts only lasted about 12 holes. We paid $20 higher booking through golf now then if we booked directly. 1.5” of grass on the tee boxes, course is narrower and short. Carts are super old, they need major investment before I return.

Difficult front 9 on the North course with interesting holes. Greens were slow and hard to read. Not recommended for high handicapers.

The round plays a little slow due to resort guests. It took us 4.5 hours to play which is ok as at Desert Willows we felt rushed and played in 4 hours. I plan to play this course again next year.

Played the Dunes course mid April 2015. Holes 2 to 13 appeared to be in a rain drainage cannel. Better layout from holes 14 to 18. We paid $90 on golfnow, for the money Silver Rock and Desert Willow was a much better deal.

Enjoyed both courses but one of the courses was a little slow, took 4 and 1/2 hours to play. Great view of the hotel and the hotel ponds / pools. Difficult to find parking on the weekends.
