played marsh oaks. green speeds are consistant and rebound well after being beat up by ball marks. there are a couple holes that you have to play for accuracy not length. only problem i have is when you reach the par 5 9th hole there is a gun shooting range right behind a prison. its hard to putt when someone is blasting a shotgun a 100 yards away. the sea gulls from the nearby waste dump brought me good luck on the par 3 11th my partner chipped in for birdie and i made a 10 footer for birdie. overall course is great and you cant control what is built around your course. ill be back!

Conditions can get windy out in Florida there 20-25 mph. If I could explain Florida golf courses in one word it would be unforgiving. Dry thick crab grass is very tricky to play out of. Played the front 9 in 1.5 hours as a single with nobody in front of me and taking my time. The back 9 well that was a different story. When I got to the 10th tee I had a 2some in the fairway which were playing fast and a 4some of baby boomers who were Recreating a episode of the walking dead on the green. Proceeded to wait on every tee box for 10+ minutes. I'm sorry but if you can't follow simple golf etiquette why even have golf etiquette at all if people can't follow it. NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES PER HOLE. Go to a private course if you want to crawl around the course. Take 5 minutes to let people play threw. Don't waste people's time use common sense when there is very few golfers on the course. Be a friend + pace of play
