Lake Arrowhead Yacht & Country Club - Highlands Course

We played a day after 3 inches of rain so the course was wet but was still well worth the money and drive.
I will be back!!!

I purchased 18 holes on GolfNow and when I got to the course was told due to the holiday they were going to only offer 9 holes at that price, the young man at the counter was rude and non helpful.
The course wasn’t in bad shape for the amount of rain we have had but was very disappointed with staff from front desk to starter.

This is the first time I have played the course in for or five years and was very disappointed with the direction the course has gone.
It started off with having to now pay $10 for range balls, next I totally understand it was a holiday weekend and the course was going to be crowded but did expect to have a course regular hit into our group four times (our group was staying in pace the the groups in front), next the course was in bad condition as I had played the Georgia Club two days prior and that course was less expensive and in great condition.

I was very disappointed to get out and try to play when all courses care about these days is to pack the courses and collect the money. I will think second before going back as I only played 9 holes and just got frustrated with the crazy slow pace of play.

Enjoyed play the courses, staff was unhelpful for a first time player, I suggest not getting a bucket of range balls as the range is a joke. Pace of play was good on the front 9 and slowed some on the back. Overall not a bad place to play but don't expect a four star course.

I have played this course before and it was a little better but due to the lack of watering and maintenance the course is burnt out and hard as a rock. Play Sugar Hill for a better price and experience.

The course is a little rough and the greens are very slow. The price was fair but not great.
