The course is in excellent condition. Pace was a bit slow because cart path only due to recently seeding. The only problem I had was how in informative all the staff were. We were two singles and a couple and with all the staff interaction no one explained how pin placement was since no markers and no one told us cart path only. We had a total of 10 interactions with staff.

I had a 12:52 tee time and the weather was quite hot. I was there a hour early and there were many open slots ahead of me but they did not want me to start early because I used Golfnow to make the reservation. I guess I was not a valuable customer.

With the fact that golfers need to stay hydrated in Phoenix summers, it is totally unacceptable that 2 of 3 fountains did no function on the front 9. Since the back nine was closed, it was disappointing Golfnow did not inform me when I made the reservations.

Greens and fairway good but some bunkers were the worst I've seen in Phoenix.

The pace was slow requiring long waits a many holes and short waits at some but always waiting. Playing the bunkers and rough was like playing on cement. Some fairways had so many divots it appeared maintenance was not important.

Many of the tee boxes were uneven slopped or beat up. Bunkers good condition.

Due to resend they cut the fairway grass down low so clumps of grass were on several fairways. Greens were good.
