The bunkers only have about 1/4 inch of sand mixed with dirt. You can't play a proper bunker shot out of the bunkers. Once you get down through the 1/4 inch of sand/dirt, the club hits hard ground, bounces and you either scald the ball or hit the side of the bunkers. Worst bunkers I have ever played.

T-boxes and fairways were excellent, however, the greens were sandy, hard and fast. If you hit the green it would go off the back side. You could see the track of your ball in the sand after you putted. There was so little grass and so much sand that the ball wouldn't track correctly and ended up three-putting aslmost all the greens.

The course was in good shape. It was cart path only so we expected the play to be moderately slow but it was compounded by a threesome that was extremely slow. It took us over 5 hours to play the round and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for them to play our shots on almost all of the back 9. There wasn't a group in front of them for the last 8 holes. We never say a marshal on the course monitoring speed of play.
