The staff was great, course was in fantastic shape and a lot of fun to play .

Course is in great shape and I would play this course again.

We have not played Western Sky's in about 2 years. I was very surprised to see the course in such good shape. The fairways and greens were very well maintained and there was even sand in the sand trap. We will be playing here again.

Course was in ok, shape. The biggest disappointment was that there was no sand in the sand traps.

This was the first time we have played this course and we were not disappointed at all. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and they got us out right on time. I saw the marshal multiple times on the course keeping track of pace of play. The layout is not difficult but it is fun. The course is in great shape and they actually have sand in the bunkers. We really enjoyed our round of golf and will definitely be back to play again.

Course was in great condition. I saw the marshal multiple times moving play along. The other courses should send their marshals there for training. The staff is always friendly and the course is in great condition. I will be back again .

Cart slowly began to die on us. We ran into the cart girl and told her it did not look like we would make it back to the cart area because we had little to no power left. She advised that she would call in and let someone know. No one showed up so our friends in the cart behind us had to push us because we were so far away from where the cart return was. We passed a Marshal along the way and advised him that we were out of power. He never said a word, turned around as and watched us being pushed up the hill by our friends. Never said a word, never helped and never called in. We arrived at the cart drop off and we told the attendant we ran out of power. My new golf bag was damaged from being pushed and no one even offer help, assistance or anything. Not happy!!!

We started the morning actually being able to tee off early. That is the only good part of the day. We had a foursome in front of us that literally was the slowest group I had ever played behind. We completed the round in 4 hrs. 45 minutes. There were over 4 holes open in front of that foursome and 5 foursomes backed up behind us, not once did we see a marshal. On the 18th hole, right after we hit our drives, we noticed the cart girl and one player from the group in front of us talking and laughing. He wasn't buying anything and she wasn't selling anything. We had to yell at them multiple times to move or get out of the way and this lasted 5-8 minutes. The bunkers are just outright horrible, no sand in any of them. It really was like hitting off of the pavement. My suggestion is get the marshal off his butt and speed up the pace of play and teach your cart girl that the golf course is not social hour. I will not play this course again.

I will be kind because the course has reopened under new management. The course is in what I would describe average shape. They have trimmed some trees and bushes, the greens were a bit rough and the fairways were ok. The range balls look like and hit like they have been around for 20 years . The staff was very friendly and the pace of play was good. I would not rate this as one of my top courses to play but would give it another shot in the future

The course is in great shape and the staff is friendly. We have played this course a lot in the past and it is still one of our go to courses. They did end the free range balls, just wish they would bring them back. For me personally, that is what helps me in the decision making process, when I am trying to decided between 2 courses. This time of year, golf is a little more expensive, so any little added benefit helps. Not a deal breaker, just a nice little added benefit.

The fairways are in ok condition, brown patches and spots under repair, nothing that I would right home about. The sand traps had very little sand in them but were still ok to hit out of. The greens were ok, most were fast but you could tell they have applied a lot of water to them. We had to wait 15 minutes past our tee time because of a frost delay that no one bother to tell us about, nor the fact that the course was backed up. Most hole we waited in line for our turn to tee off because 2 other foursomes were in front of us. I saw the marshal once and when I went to talk to him he drove off. It took us 5 hours 20 minutes to finish our found. Will not go back there again for a long time, not worth the time you have to wait on each hole.

The course is under new management. I have not been to this course in a while, so I do not know what the course looked like before new management took over. The staff was outstanding and very friendly. The course needs work but is playable. The greens are a little rough but are soft enough that you can attack then without the ball flying off the other side. The sand traps were very mud like but they at least had sand in them. I will play the course again in a few months and see how it looks at that time. I want to give the new management time to make changes.

The fairways and greens were horrible. The greens were patchy at best , dry and just outright horrible condition. This course use to be a great one to play but I will never play it again. There was no marshal on the course and the pace of play was so bad, that we quit after 11 hours .
