Played an early morning round with some good friends. We where a bit late since my buddy, the birthday boy had an all nighter, and we were accommodated and pushed back a few minutes. The staff members were friendly and very helpful. The course was in beautiful conditions, fairways were lush and the greens were rolling great, but were a bit of a challenge to read. That’s totally on me, I’m not that good. Bunkers were being worked on and it had rained the night before so they were a bit unplayable. The views were phenomenal. I ended up shooting 84 with a 6 on the last par three with two in the water and two that the desert ate up.. No Birdies that day, had my chances but like I said, couldn’t read a green . My buddy shot 79, the Birthday boy was on track to shot 73-75, but had to take a nap from hole 13-17. Lol. He woke up on 18 drove it 300, wedged it on to 14 feet and two putted for a par. Good times, would definitely play it again.

Course was in the best conditions during a hot summer. It's a must play during one of your stays in Vegas. A bit out, 50 minute drive from the stripe, but well worth the trip. I Highly recommend the course.

Very Challenging course, makes you think, and you have to hit some spots. Had a few holes that you need to back off on the big dog if you are 280 plus. I did not anticipate the ball going 300 plus on a few holes and it ran out into the desert, leaving me a 30-90 yard shot from the hard sandy dirt in front of a few holes. Greens ran very well, you must read the grain and where The Las Vegas Strip is at, ball will move towards the strip and stop quickly going opposite of the strip. Greens didn't hold very well, making it even more challenging but the fairways where glorious as the ball jumped off the club about an extra 10-15 yards. I gave the wind a the lake on the first hole to much credit and I had a triple on the first hole, backed it up with a birdie, and finished the round with an 80. Over all a glorious round.
