We love playing at Steeple Chase. Everything is great. Excellent course very challenging good pace of play the biggest problem no driving range. There is a golf course next door called Countryside which has a driving range but not close to the quality of Steeple Chase.

We got our special rate on Golfnow.com and excited about playing one of our favorite courses. The biggest challenge about Makray ar the greens and the slope of the fairways. Two of us managed two good rounds and the other two struggled. This course is all about course management and fast greens. we recommend this course to everyone. There are bottles of ice cold water every 4 or 5 holes.

Wonderful course except for the lake next to the green on the 18th hole. All employees especially are very professional but not very friendly. I live in Glenview so the ride was long but worth it. We play every Tuesday & Thursday but one of the members in the group plays on the weekend. He said to me after weekend play that he played at the Arboretum and it was outstanding. I hadn't played there in 10 years. I told him it was an unfair course with narrow fairways and too much water. I went back last year and realized what a wonderful course it was. I was so bad 10 years ago that par king was tough. Now that my game is much better I can appreciate all that The Arboretum has to offer. It's a wonderful course.

I have played at Midlane for a long time. This year probably 6 times. Very difficult but fair. The greens are fairly easy to read but the rest of the course will challenge the best golfers. Extremely inexpensive through Golfnow.com

During the summer they have someone grilling which is nice right next to the 1st and 10th hole. Some really challenging holes. Need to have the course mapped out on your phone for 1st timers. There is quite a bit of trouble
