We couldn't have been happier with the conditions, greens were smooth and rolled true, fairways in good condition and rough was fair! Course was very close to private course conditions. Great value! Thanks for an enjoyable experience.

We found this course to be moderate in difficulty and well maintained for a public course. Rough was very sticky so you have to swing though with speed to get the ball to travel the required distance especially around the greens! We had an enjoyable time.
Sandpiper Bay Golf & Country Club - Sand Nine

We played Sandpiper Bay, the Bay to Sand 18 holes.
It was a real pleasure, place of play was excellent perhaps because we played in the afternoon. Fairways were very good considering the lack of rain. If there was a negative I would say the greens did not roll true outside of 5 feet but still shot a 78.
I would definitely recommend this course as it is very playable with generous landing areas.

Played On 09/09/2017Very Good Course for the Money
Although we had not played the course since last Nov 2016, we were pleasantly surprised with the conditions. Fairways and greens were in excellent condition. My only complaint with this course is that a couple of the holes are poorly designed with trees blocking second shots into the green after a well positioned drive and the 18th hole has a long forced carry near 200 yards. However, this course offers good value for the money. We will return in the future.

A fantastic course for the money. Very playable and fair with generous landing areas. One of the best kept secrets in Grand Strand Golf! My wife and I will continue to play this course as we are local residents and value a great golfing experience. This course also has a terrific bar and clubhouse with people who provide very courteous service. Thanks you.

Played On 09/07/2014A Little Gem but wish it was MGA-rated for Handicap
This a a great little course which is in excellent shape despite a very dry summer. Some holes are very challenging while others are somewhat easy, a nice balance. I would highly recommend the course but I wish management would get the couse MGA-rated so scores could be posted to handicap!
