I hadn't played Brookside #1 in many years. I loved it then and still love it. Great layout with very good green and fairway conditions. I hadn't played off Kikuyu grass (I'm in AZ where everything is Bermuda and all its varieties) and forgot how grabby it is. Good job Pasadena. I'll be back again. Highly recommend the course.

If you haven't left the house yet, don't go. And if you have, turn around. I agree with a previous review that Westridge is the worst course of 2020. There's more dirt and hardpan than grass. And any grass found is of the weed variety. I know they are going to eventually scrap this course for real estate but can't they just make it decent and fun. I paid full price but stopped after 9 holes. Time was better spent missing my own lawn.
