Lots of hazards and water on this course. Might be tough for inexperienced or beginner golfers.
Course is not terribly long but the frequent shots over water make this course play just as long as a normal course

Had a great round at Tour 18. We teed off at 4:20 on 15 Aug and finished 18 right about at 8:30. We would have finished much sooner, but we caught a 6-some (yes, 6) on 16. Then, while we were on 17, we saw that there were in fact two 6-some's back to back.
That would be my only complaint of this course. As a 4-some our pace of play was normal, but there is not an excuse to allow two groups of 6 to play together.
Greens and fairways were in pristine condition, couldn't have asked for anything better, will definitely go back and plan on returning frequently unless pace of play becomes a burden.
Also, recommend only riding this course. The course itself is not necessarily long, but the walking distance between holes would be significantly farther than walkers are used to experiencing.

Great place to take beginners. Quick pace of play. All hole are Par 3's except for a single par 4.

Played on Sunday morning, luckily it was before most were released from Mother's Day duties so the course was wide open.
2nd hole is under repair so they had about. 90 Yd par 3 on that hole.
Course was tough due to wind conditions.
Condition of overall course was not great. Value of course was fine considering you get a free lunch and it's all you can golf, but after 18 holes I'm usually spent so the golfnow rate was just at the top of what I thought the value of the course was.
I would go back but only if the rate was somewhere in the $30-40 range based on course conditions.
