Good course lay-out. Fairways were in stellar condition, greens had been top dressed which was disappointing but they still ran quick. Enjoyed the round.

Two words: Gong Show.
While I enjoyed playing the resort course, I will not return because of the staging process. No carts, confusion with the starter as everyone is standing around waiting. We ultimately tee'd off 35 minutes BEHIND schedule. (this is a golf course not an airport!) The starter told us to expect a 5+ hour round - no chance of finishing and we were booked for 1:00 pm start time. We were told the course would see 600+ golfers that day - good for them, lousy for us. They did not seem able or even willing to handle the number of golfers on the course that day.
We didn't finish. Winds came up, sun went down, we drove off the course after 13 holes and a lot of sitting in the cart.
I appreciate it is the busy season - but if you want me to return ALL aspects of the golf experience count.

PGA WEST Pete Dye Dunes Course
Played On 02/20/2017Interesting course. Tougher than it appears. Played from the back tees and found the back 8 challenging. Good practice facility.
