Good time for the money
Fairways were in decent shape for the most part. Greens in good shape (fast). Cart worked fine. The only problem I had was that if you're not familiar with the course it might be difficult to navigate to the next tee. The tee boxes are not well marked (dark hole #'s on a post) which can be confusing.
