The course was ok, but we had to wait on every hole. No ranger to move slow groups along.

Played this course with my wife twice during the month of January. The course is always in great shape and the staff (especially Reggie) was super friendly.

Played this course with my wife and we were paired with an off-duty starter named Ron. The course was in great shape and the staff (including Ron) were super friendly. Pace of play was great as well.

First time playing this course. The staff were friendly and the course was in good shape (other than the last 4 holes that were closed for green aeration). However, pace of play was a real problem on the front 9. I guess this course is really popular with seniors and we had 2 groups of them in front of us. It took us about 2.5 hours to play the front nine. Fortunately, the "seniors" only played 9 and we were able to play the back nine in a little over an hour. I had to replay 4 holes on the back to make up for the last 4 that were closed, but that was ok.

We play this course a lot when we're in the Scottsdale area and like it a lot. The course and staff are always top notch. Today when we started they suggested that we would be done in 3 hours. Well, almost 4.5 hours later, we finally finished. Very slow play - waiting on every hole, etc. Didn't enjoy it much because of the slow play. Lesson learned - we won't play again on a weekend.

The course and staff were great today. Weather was perfect too. My only complaint are the over the top COVID rules here - masks required on the practice areas, restaurant door locked so you have to go around to get inside ;(even with the required reservation). Sorry we stayed for lunch after our round.

This was a very nice short course, but not at all easy (for me anyway). The course was in good shape and not busy. We didn't have to wait on any hole. The greens were very difficult to read. Overall a very enjoyable round.

Played 18 with my wife at Yorktown today and had a good time. Finished the round in under 2 hours (no one in front of us). Nothing spectacular here, but a nice executive course for the money.

We’ve played this course several time and like it for a short course option. However, today was the exception. The greens were in terrible shape and they had just begun aeration on #1 and left the aerator running, sitting right in front of the green with no one around. We basically had to play around it. Also, we got behind an elderly gentleman who was literally playing 4 balls by himself. Luckily, he quit after 9. I said something to the ranger and he said “he’s a regular and will let you play through (but he didn’t). In summary, we just didn’t enjoy our round as much as normal. Great weather though!

We didn't realize how much rain they've had here recently (5"), so we also didn't expect cart paths only. It was very wet and I understand why they required paths only, but the course was pretty swampy in many places. My wife only played the par 3's when she found all the walking involved (bad back). The weather was perfect though and the pace of play was fine. Will play again someday when it's no so wet.

This is a nice short course, but today was MLK day and the place was packed. Couldn't even find a parking place in the lot and had to park up the street at a shopping center. Also ran out of carts and people were waiting past their tee times for carts. Having said all of that, pace of play wasn't good, but not as bad as expected (4 hour round). Staff is always very nice and course was in good shape.

We play Rolling Hills several times when we're here for the winter(s), and normally really enjoy it. However today the pace of play was extremely slow with our round taking 4 hours and 50 minutes. We had to wait on every hole. They really need a ranger to keep things moving. Will continue to play here because normally we really enjoy it. Course was in great shape and the staff was very nice.

Enjoyed our round today at Rolling Hills. Normally more crowded than today, but pace moved right along. Glad they have added a starter. Course was in good shape and the weather was great.

I’ve played here before and it’s always busy but today was over the top in slow play. We had to wait on one and sometimes two foursomes on every hole. To make matters worse, we were a twosome and had very fast players behind us (actually hit into us twice). My wife and I play very fast so it was “hurry up and wait” all day long. Needless to say it was not enjoyable and I won’t play here again.

Enjoyed my round at Desert Willow. Pace of play was great today and the course was in great shape. Also the weather was perfect. Plan to plan here again during my 2 week stay in Las Vegas,.

It's been a few years since I last played here and I had forgotten how enjoyable it is. Not too tough, but a well-kept course in a historic neighborhood. The course was in good shape, pace of play was fine and the weather was perfect (a little wind).

My wife and I played this course on a very windy day which was a bit of a challenge considering all the dust from construction going on around it (new homes), but we really liked the course and the layout. In a senior moment, I actually drove off and left my clubs at the bag drop by accident. I didn't discover this until the next day. As it turns out, the staff had taken our clubs inside and kept them for me which was very much appreciated.

I haven’t played here in over a year and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the course was. Not sure if they have improved it or my memory is just bad, but it seemed much nicer than I remember. The staff was also very friendly. My only issue was the pace of play. We played with another couple who are friends of ours and it took us over 4.5 hours for the round which is way too long for this short course. We had to wait on almost every hole. We’re in Las Vegas for a month and will probably give it another try.

This course is always fun to play and we got a great deal on GolfNow. Our only issue was a slow group in front of us (hitting multiple balls, etc), but the ranger came and took care of that. A good round overall.
